I recently had a Dell computer die on me - they had taken it back twice and today I'm going to get a new hard drive. However, who can use an unreliable computer? I bought the HP because of the color and it seemed to meet all of my requirements. I do mostly word processing and some PP presentations. The backlight keys are a problem in my office during the day since I have a lot of natural light but I love them in the evening! Overall I'm very pleased with the computer

I genuinely have no real concerns with this laptop. The fingerprint scanner is super handy and gives an added security. It runs smoothly. I’m a college student and so far it’s handling all my programs super well. It’s lightweight and easy to carry. There’s a lot of reviews that mention the fan being loud but I haven’t really had that issue. The only time I’ve ever heard the fan is when I’m running a game on the laptop and even then it really wasn’t that bothersome.

I didn't want to break the bank on a laptop for my son to use for college and this HP hasn't disappointed so far.

Love it...love The screen, how you are able to do touch screen. Very practical !! I’m just so happy with it.

This is a nice laptop for kids in school. The tablet mode and touch screen make it easy for elementary age kids.

I am a veterinarian and use this laptop at home and in the office. It is a great sized keyboard for my fingers but also small enough that it is easy to transport to and from the office. I use the touchscreen sometimes but not as often as I would like to. It's a bit bulky in "tablet" mode (but that could just be me not liking the feeling of the keyboard on the backside of the screen). Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this laptop.

This machine is fast and I am able toggle between screens without any issue. Great machine for multitasking.

This laptop can be used as a tablet or as a regular laptop. Touch screen is very nice. I like the fingertip id.

Had an older 360 envy but this new one is great has bigger keys on the keyboard which is good for older people

This gets a little warmer than I expected but it is fast and the screen is clear and seems to run very well.

Just too expensive but great buy,needed computer and this one works great and the also offer the geek squad.

The screen is average, somehow, theres one shade of red that is washed out. Speakers are superb, and depending on the processor you get, the perfomance could be acceptable-total trash. The laptop gets extremely hot and loud, but all slim laptops do. Windows offers a custom performance mode, that can be used depending on the situation to make the fan go louder and the pc gets colder and viceversa, wich kinda solves that problem for me. Overall, if youre on a budget, i would recommend, if money isnt an issue, look somewhere else.
