I recently got this computer for college and it works flawlessly. Really easy to use.

This laptop does everything that i need it to do for school and is an incredible value for the price. All around a great laptop and I have no regrets about buying it. With that being said I don't LOVE it in tablet mode. I think its a bit too big and I do not like the exposed keyboard when it is folded. If you plan to switch between laptop and tablet mode often you may want to consider the smaller version which has all of the same specs minus the numeric keypad.

Love my laptop. I use it everyday. It’s a touch screen and it makes it easier.

Great dependable laptop. The graphics are great and the computer is light weight. The only issue is the HP printers. I’ve had two and they won’t communicate wirelessly with the HP laptop. I have to use a USB plugin to print. I’ve downloaded and updated drivers but cannot get the laptop to communicate with My Hp printer. I also have a Canon printer and it communicates wirelessly with my HP laptop.

Easy to set up. No glitches with WiFi like previous laptop. I would get it again.

Overall, I am happy with my purchase. Very responsive. As other reviewers have said, the fan can get quite loud.

No complaints on this well-made laptop - I’m just “that old” to be irritated we have to pay for online Software instead of installing it hard copy like we used to. But HP made a very nice, user friendly, quick responding and sleek looking product - with large screen and comfortable keypad. I’m still getting used to it so I still need to customize it to my liking but so glad I made this choice!

My nieces computer conked out on her right before finals and we were in need of a new computer fast so she could complete her summer semester. I found this for a pretty good deal and was able to pick up right from the store right from the parking lot and took it right over to her. Updates were easy and quick and SHE LOVES IT!
