    My first laptop and was unsure of what brand/model to buy to fit my needs. The sales person was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and understanding. His explanations and comparisons were thorough and easy to understand. Very pleased with this laptop. I would definitely recommend this laptop and also (given the knowledgeable and professional sales staff) would recommend Best Buy.
