I needed a new laptop, as my old one was already about 7 years old. The fan was not working and because of the age I decided to buy a new laptop. I purchased an HP laptop and am very pleased with it, I have had it for about a month now. It is a pleasure to work with it. I was also very pleased with the salesman at Best Buy and the Geek who set it up for me.

The sales person was very helpful on making my selection on which laptop would best fit my criteria. His knowledge of the processors and other various items to take into consideration was great. The HP Envy 360 has a screen size that is very easy to view when out in the field. This product has enabled me to better organize the amount of paper during working hours.

Upgrade for 7 year old lap top. Much faster ,!! With many new options

Best laptop/tablet combo ever! It's clean, thin, just the right size and works better than could be hoped for. I use it for financial records, writing, college course work, Zoom classes, and much much more. One caveat is that the battery life is very short when working on multiple platforms at one time or leaving it set on sleep. Still a great value!

I went in to buy a new laptop. It has been a few years since I had purchased one so I wasn't sure what I needed. He asked me a few questions and showed me a couple he thought would suit my needs. It was a very easy purchase because this young man was knowledgeable about the products and was sincerely interested in helping me find the right product to suit my needs.

I am enjoying my Envy laptop. It's bigger than my previous laptop but is not heavy. Is very sleek and clean looking. I'm still learning the new technology as my previous computer was very old without the touch screen, convertible... features. One thing that I would like to see improved is the brightness of the screen. I have it to the max but still appears somewhat dim in comparison to others but overall I am enjoying thus far.

So far so good! This was a replacement for a similar HP laptop that I returned due to poor ease of use. It’s very sleek, modern, and looks like a nice high end laptop. Fan is very quiet so far, it is fast, keyboard is great, mouse placement is great and easy to use. Purchased this for every day basic and so for I am very happy with the purchase.

I absolutely love this laptop. I read a ton of reviews and did a lot of research before deciding this was the one. I am glad I chose it! It is super fast and responsive, the touchscreen has very little to no lag. I work from home and needed a quality laptop that wouldn't break the bank. It has restored my faith in HP. 3 months later and it is still great!
