It’s survived 3/4 of the middle school year so far

It has survived all the rigors of being carried daily to middle school with a cover inside a packed back pack. Very quick with the SSD drive and quickly logins with the fingerprint reader. Only down side is it freezes at startup about 2-3 % of the time and it has to be restarted. Otherwise it’s worked great for a young student.

So far we are happy with out new HP computer

You need to bring back more staff to alleviate the backlog of wait time to get help. We were told multiple times the wait was anywhere from three hours to 15 hours!!! 15 hours!!! Who will do that! Not acceptable. The $159 fee we paid for this service is a waste.

I am truly happy with this purchase, considering what I paid for it. I would certainly recommend this product to anyone who’s looking for a laptop with many of features of a top of the line laptop, a fast processor, and plenty storage at an affordable price.

From scheduling on line, throughout the buying process and finally during curbside pick up - the entire event was efficient and easy. Great service as well! The laptop has been perfect for what we needed. Our next purchase will definitely be at Best Buy!
