So far, just GREAT. Timely service during COVID

My old laptop's mother board cratered and my new computer is very nice. The techs at Best Buy were able to capture my old data files and install them on the HP laptop. Overall the timing to get the new one was good {timing to get my old one analyzed took a few days, but considering COVID limitations, not bad)

I replaced a Dell from 2013. Big improvement. Works for me for on line tasks and budgeting/financial stuff. Been Zoom.n a lot and no problem with that. Windows 10 is very different than 7 so give yourself time to get used to it if you r upgrading from Windows 7. Have been using for 1 month now with no issues.

Only had for a couple of weeks, so far. Easy set up, for most part, but If you dont have or remember your microsoft account then you cant log into computer. I had to use another computer to get to microsoft and update my password so I could get back in the new computer. Once that was done. The computer has been working very well no other issues.

I like the idea of 2 in 1. However, this computer has a loud fan. I can't believe this is still a thing in 2020.

Like the screen clarity, fingerprint security option and streamlined look. Really fast start-up. Wish it was a bit more intuitive in learning the new layout, which is so different from what I have grown accustomed. Overall, I am enjoying finding it helpful to transfer my screen views to a 49" television screen. So many new and helpful options with this capability.

The laptop and it's features are great. There are minor issues, like the power button being on the keyboard and disabling during tablet mode, making it impossible to power on while folded backwards. Also, an extremely loud fan, in case you do any audio work and rely on a quiet background.

What can I say. I am in love with this laptop. It is my first personal laptop so I can't compare it with much but it works amazing. I love so many features of it -- keyboard, display, sound (the speakers are AMAZING), color. It performs great and it is more than enough for me.

Its a new laptop so it mostly works pretty good. Sadly however, what I wanted it for primarily was to create and continue using word and excel documents. Unfortunately it doesn't come with them even though they are installed. So once I purchased them and installed it was a hassle because of the ones already previously installed. MAKES NO SENSE TO ME AT ALL

I have always been a fan of HP and this laptop is everything I was hoping it would be. It is very easy to use and perfect for college students. With me having to have all of my classes online this laptop is very reliable and fast. I recommend this laptop to anyone who needs something simple but reliable.

I thought the computer looked nice and ran well. I was looking for an alternative to buying a tablet laptop and I figured it try this one. My issue was that every time I flipped it into tablet mode, I constantly worried about running the keyboard on the back. I ended up returning it for that reason and because it was a bit larger than I had ended up wanting.

This computer is easy for my granddaughter to use for her school work. I don't have to hover over her to make sure she is doing everything right, she is able to get it right the first time. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who has a child learning the keyboard and needing it for school.

    UNREASONABLY LOUD COOLING FAN

It was almost the perfect machine...until it wasn't. My list of "must haves" included a touch screen AND a full keyboard w/ numeric keypad & 15.6" screen. That combo reduced my options to only a handful of candidates, most of which looked cheap and had bad reviews. This one actually had me excited! Sleek design, comfortable keyboard, sturdy hinges, fingerprint reader. Pretty stoked when I took it out of the box. It was more than I bargained for! My husband was watching tv in the room when I started this up for the first time so it took me a few minutes to recognize that the sound of a high-pitched screeching jet engine about to take off was not coming from tv. IT WAS SO LOUD! Ugh. Researched for hours and installed all the updates. Issue was not resolved. I had to return it in defeat. After reading more reviews (just google the model number + fan noise) I was completely turned off by HP as a brand. It seems this is an issue with several of their models right now. Disappointing.

I got this computer for my kid to use for school. They also use it to draw with. It is fairly responsive, the tablet mode is a nice feature. I have had this for about a month and a half so far no issues. Only complaint is the limited space for memory, but with a 256 SSD it boots and loads quickly and it's nothing a cheap $40 external won't fix.

I did much research before deciding on the HP Envy x360. This had everything I wanted and not the other various options/features I wouldn't use. I love it even comes with Alexa, even though Alexa doesn't seem to continue to play after the one song I had selected. That is the only issue at this time.

So far so good, although there are no mouse buttons its easy to figure out the alternative of using 2 finger ms on pad and hard pressing with the right to get drop down menus or highlight. Sleek design, just a beautiful laptop. Only owned the laptop for a month, starting a new semester and figured it was time to retire the old laptop. Great buy.
