It has lots of options and it works good and very fast speed.

Walked into the Best Buy in Wilmington NC and was immediately asked if I could be helped. Had my Grandson with me to get a laptop to start college. The saleman was very helpful and also helped my with payment options and even a good carry bag for the laptop. Very satisfied with the process.

So far I am loving this new laptop. I had a MAC and it just didn't function for what I needed it for so I upgraded and went back to windows. This laptop is sleek and light weight. I am still learning everything about the laptop. I could give a better review of it but I am not very tech savvy. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

I've very much enjoyed using this laptop. The speed and ease to access is very refreshing coming from my previous apple mac book air. I love the fingerprint Id which makes it easy to access and the speed of the core i5 processor is a step above what I was dealing with before. Thank you!

I actually bought this as a gift for my partner. He does not a computer very much and wanted to become more efficient on one. It asked a lot of questions to get set up he was not sure about, but we got through it! The screen size and clarity are great, nice lit up keyboard. Seems like it's going to work great for him.

I use my laptop for school, video conferencing and online shopping and it has been pretty good. The biometrics system for the finger print does act up occasionally and it isn’t easy to get back working. But, you can just enter a four digit pin instead, so it isn’t super inconvenient.

I purchased this computer after having a chromebook, as I needed to use STATA statistics software for school and chromebooks were not compatible. This computer's been pretty solid so far; it does get hot at times, but the internal fan kicks on automatically. If you're looking for something for school without the Mac price, I'd recommend!

This thin and lite manages to pack a powerful punch with intels 10th gen i5 cpu. Although, I would have preferred the AMD variant of this product, and would recommend that spec over intel. I found that for light load activities this chip performs admirably while keeping a cool temp.

I've read several reviews that raised questions about fan noise on this model computer, I have not had the same experience. This computer is very quiet, fast and has nice Bang & Olufsen speakers. My other HP had a a larger screen, I find this computer to be the perfect size and weight for my needs. I highly recommend it!!

This laptop is great! I know everyone says that the fan can get loud from time to time but its internet speed is fast and the the touch screen is sensitive as well! Great Laptop for those that are entering or are already in college. Only problem I experienced is that the laptop froze (around 2 times since purchase) during a video.

I actually purchased this laptop for my daughter in high school. She loved it. It was a very reasonable price as well as delivered fast. The set up was very easy and I highly recommend this laptop for a great experience.

Love my laptop. Have had it for a while and over the last couple months is when i have started to have issues with the screen blacking out back and forth. I spoke with someone from HP care pack before and supposedly it was fixed but now it is happening again
