Went into Seekonk, MA Best Buy looking for a new laptop. Mine was 13 years old, (don’t laugh). It still works just couldn’t update to Windows 10. I told the salesperson what I was looking for and he helped me out. So far I love it. Just right for what I do on a computer/ laptop.

Great laptop, has windows software which helps me with school, I previously had a chrome book that was incompatible with a lot of software I needed to complete my new semesters online! Good quality, and lots of great features! I only wish it had a CD port- for all the money I paid for it, but overall not bad at all.

The best purchase Easy to use and easy to carry out

Best computer I've ever owned. The 2 in 1 makes it super easy for business/work or tablet mode if I want to play around on it (games preloaded). The possibilities are endless once you start looking into what this laptop offers just in pre-installed apps itself.

This is the 4th HP Envy I have bought for my college students. The older versions each had the hard drives crash, but fortunately they were under warranty or covered by Geek Squad. Hoping the new one with the SSD will not fail. Other than that issue they have loved them and the computers have endured 2-4 years of college.

This laptop is excellent and high performing. It is large enough to work comfortably yet very portable. The keyboard and number pad make it an easy transition from my work setup. The screen size is perfect and high-quality picture for videos or movies. Speedy laptop.

This laptop does everything I need and more. I am able to OneNote my personal notes/bills to keep myself organized as well as using Microsoft word and Excel for things like my resume. The flip screen is nice for watching videos or streaming a movie. Love my new computer!

Lots of great features like the dictation and ability to communicate verbally. I've only had it for a month. I'm in school finishing my degree and I LOVE it. I can't wait to see all that it can do. I did spend more than I wanted to but it was definitely worth it.

MY hard drive literally froze on my former laptop but; I was in the middle of a work project that could not wait for a repair. A quick trip with an appointment to Best Buy and this was our final choice. Back up fired it up and with ease moved back into my project.

Needed laptop for Online Learning during Covid. Large screen, good camera display, foldable for tablet mode, can purchase optional digital pencil to write on screen. SSD hard drive proves quick application opening. Look for sales/promotionals to get the best price

Good product and hp is de best computer. Is fast..

The slick and sharp look to this laptop gives it a professional feel. The ease of switching back and forth from tablet mode makes this item a must have for note-taking, creative projects, and fun pen-activated games. The icore5 processor is a wonderful feature, too.

Purchased for when I had to work from home during this covid times which was not too often but the few times I've had to work from home it's worked perfectly and has picked up all software, programs and websites installed .

I love HP laptops they are great and very easy to use. My only complaint with my Envyx360 is that I keep getting Bitlocker drive encryption recovery key messages once in a while, so make sure to save/ print your recovery key.
