I like the functionality and keystrokes. The laptop itself is heavier than expected. The setup is easy. Useful for less tech savvy customers too but it let's you cancel out of directions if you don't need them. Screen size and resolution good for streaming videos or music and a good amount of storage space.

After 3-4 weeks this seems like a great laptop. The saleman was very knowledgeable and said it was the best laptop for the price. Big keyboard and very clear images on the screen. So far, so good.

I absolutely love this laptop. I have had it for a year now and i have absolutely no issues with it. I even bought an HP pen to do some drawing on it. I primarily use it for school and it is so easy to work with.

Best labtop I ever came across great for working from home to one the go with tablet mode very easy to use beautiful screen and battery life is pretty good on con is that it does get a little hot but if you stand it up it's cools off very fast

i recently purchased an HP Laptop from Best Buy along with MS Office, a wireless mouse, and an external USB. I am very pleased with my new set-up. Everything went pretty well. I was pleased with the assistance and service I received as well as the price.

I like the product but had some problems with initial operation. I particularly had a difficult time making the mouse coordinate with the computer. German at Geek squad was absolutely the best teacher. Talk to him about how he used pictures on line to help me understand how to solve the problem.

I'am very happy with this laptop still getting used to using it salesman was very helpful answered all my questions . Not sure I like the silver I'am used to black it may take some time to get used to it. I'am very happy with HP I also own a desk top HP.

It is lighter than what I was looking for with smaller screen. Love the full number kesy and touch screen. It is working very smoothly without much loading time. Good for the money. Only down side was the storage is small if you like to use for gaming.

bought this laptop 3 weeks ago as a replacement for an old laptop I also bought from best buy 7 years ago. Works great! Love the 2 in 1 option. Only thing I dont like is not having a built in disc drive, which you dont find too often on newer laptops; but you can buy an disc drive as an attachable.

Great laptop, well built, and works well out of the box. HP, as always, preloads all their HP junk on this. Screen size is nice, keyboard has a good feel, but 500 GB is what i would expect the SSD to be at this price point. You wont be disappointed, but you wont show it off to your friends either.

Just what was needed for the at-home schooling, required because of the pandemic. Good camera and microphone, and easy to get connected to the school district apps. Totally recommended for parents still looking for a device for their children.

Very happy with my purchase. Big fan of HP products. Still using my hp laptop thats over 6 years old no issues and runs large programs like quickbooks. Needed something lighter to travel with so I bought the hp envy notebook. So far its been great.

This is a great 2-in-1 computer. It has a stylish shape, easy to use touch screen, fast speed, and clear images. It is very good for office and study. I will recommend it to my friends. Thank you.

This has been a fantastic computer. My only complaint is that when it times out on tablet mode, I have yet to figure out how to wake up the screen without re-opening the computer, and off-brand pens don't function well with the touch screen. Otherwise it has been FABULOUS!

The laptop is a good value. I bought it for my niece and sent it to her for school use. She’s in high school and HP is a brand I trusted since 2004 when my first ever computer is HP also.

My computer screen cracked & I needed a computer immediately. Most of the ones I was interested in were not in stock & I would have been out of town before they arrived. The Hp Envy has met all my needs and worked well so far.

This laptop runs quite well. Some reviews I read say that they are noisy but that isn't the case with mine. It is very quiet and runs smoothly. Of course as with anything electronic I'm sure I'll wish it had more storage and speed later in.

I had mine for a few days and it is an amazing laptop minus the fact that I have a hard time powering it in. One the third day of using it, I tried to power it on, but it would not and I had to press the button several times before it would power on.

I'm really enjoying the HP-Envy x360. Its super fast and has alot of great features. My only problem is it seems so fragile and I'm having trouble finding a laptop case made specifically for this model. When I spend this amount of money on a device I like to protect it.

Great computer I love it very nice build material and good I like the the speakers the touch screen very nice and fast battery could be better but is good so far I have no problems with it the keyboard is good for typing
