My daughter was so satisfied & excited to use this for her school works as a first timer virtual school this year. Very light but I’m worried that she might fall & I want to buy her a hard case for this kind of laptop. Any recommendation...

We needed a computer for basic needs. I like to use for recipes and I also use for my exercise program. Light and easy to move around house to meet my needs. Pat all my bills quickly.

this was an upgrade from my previous HP which has lasted 7 years and my husband is still using. This laptop is the perfect size, light weight and has everything I wanted. I really like having the numeric pad which is hard to find.

LOVE everything about this computer but hate how little space I purchased. I feel like the prices are a little stingy with the storage amounts. Oh well, looks like I’ll be buying an external hard drive. Anyways, I love the features of this laptop and all the sleek details.

This laptop works well. Has as the basic features that you might need. The display is great. I’ve only had the laptop for about 3 weeks. But for the time I’ve had it I personally think it works good. I would say the laptop is heavy.

When I purchased this product it was an open Box. The person that was helping me told me it was a great way to make sure that the product works by buying our open Box that was returned A-day after buying it. I haven't had an problems

I appreciate I was able to make an appointment during this virus time and buy my laptop in the store at Jantzen Beach. Staff were very helpful. However, your centralized telephone system through Geek Squad is terrible. Long wait times.

Bought a new laptop. I found the North Attleboro sales person in the computer department very knowledgeable and helpful. He was NOT pushy in the least. I'm glad I bought the computer. Service was great and the price was reasonable.

Needed a new laptop for multitasking that I could also carry around all day. So far this has done the job. If you need a number pad on your computer like I do this is awesome! If not could probably go with something a little smaller.

I am a teacher teaching from home. I purchased this new laptop because I needed something that could handle all of the windows I needed up at one time. It works great!! There is no lag and I am able to teach efficiently

I have had this laptop for six weeks, and had no problems, other than the setup, that was a bit long. My son has the same model from two years ago, so I can compare them. The two changes I notice are that zoom comes installed, and the power button is upfront, not on the side.

Nice laptop with all the bells and whistles of a business laptop. The 3200hz memory provides a nippy response time paired with the i5 10th gen processing power. Booted up in a few seconds.

The laptop is pretty fast and lightweight. My only complaint is that my laptop came defective and despite reaching out to HP for help, they weren't able to help. When I listen to music and type, the audio breaks.

I like the lighted keyboard and the soft-touch keys. Setup seemed to be lengthy, even before I opted out of the anti-virus and shutdown the extras that offered (cloud, explorer, etc.) I do like the ability to disable the camera & microphone with a button on the keyboard.

Got a great price on this laptop. Takes care of all our needs for kids school, document creation, shopping and more. Employees in store we're very friendly and professional. Helped guide us to the right solutions for our needs.

Great computer at a good price. The only issue I have had is that is crashes while in the middle of school assignment or writing a paper. It has done this almost on a daily basis. I'm not sure what is wrong with the computer but I have updated everything.

Bought this to replace my wifes aging all-in-1 desktop. As some have mentioned the fan is loud, but it settles down after a few minutes and hasn't run high since the first day. Would be better if it had IR camera for Windows Hello (faceID) instead of fingerprint reader.

I bought this laptop about a month ago. So far no complaints except for I lose connection from the internet on a daily basis but I am not sure if it has to do with the laptop or not. I would definitely recommend this laptop.

Honestly this is a great laptop! I’m only using for school and work and it holds all the files I need. I was able also download all my photos off my iPhone (which was quite a lot) and still have massive memory space left!

After having several bad experiences with cheap computers, I settled for spending more and I made the right choice! It’s not extremely expensive and yet probably the best computer I’ve ever had. It’s so easy to use too!
