This was a great computer with a really good sound system. And fortunately the silver keys on the silver laptop for just hard to see. If they had been Black Keys I would have kept the laptop but I had to return it.

My 7 yr old laptop crashed and I needed a new one right away. COVID still had most places closed down. Made an appointment and got what I needed right away. Precautions were taken and I appreciate it. Outstanding service.

The associate was very helpful and not 'condescending' to a senior citizen not savvy with computers. I appreciated the Geek Squad downloading and transferring data to the new computer and cleaning the old lap top.

I purchase laptops for our staff and this is by far the best laptop I have purchased. We have not had any issues at all with updates or support. It runs all of the programs we need without lag. And it's a great price.

Purchased for college and has been good to me throughout my ownership. The ability to switch between tablet usage and traditional laptop features truly simplified schooling.

I've had bad experiences in the past with HP's but the Envy is a good product. I'm happy to own this device as my video conferences are seamless and glitch free. The only issue I have is the system itself can be a bit slow but other than that, great laptop.

Great laptop and super fast. It has a reactive touchscreen and handles multiple tasks well. Only downside is the battery duration. Within 5 hours I'm already at 40 or less percent. Other than the mediocre battery it is a great laptop.

This HP laptop is perfect for surfing the web and just to have around the house for our basic use. Nothing too fancy, but just perfect for what we need it for.

Doesn't get much better for the price point. Large, bright screen, quick enough for moderate use, and am all around well built laptop in general. If this falls within your price range, definitely a solid option!

Solid state is a must, and a keypad is a must. It's great to find a 360 laptop that is lightweight and meets all my requirements. The only problem was having to pull out the instructions to find the power button!

Original had a defect but was extremely easy to switch for a new one within a few days of the purchase. Great value for the price. Perfect for students.

Purchased laptop for my son heading to college for electrical engineering. Major upgrade from previous HP laptop I bought him in high school. Opening up and getting to work without waiting to boot up, Awesome!

Glass screen gets alot of fingerprints. So cleaning it constantly. Don't drop it cause I don't think it would survive. Pricey for what you get. The speakers don't really do justice for a premium brand name. So don't look for those to impress you.

The sales person was very knowledgeable. When I told him exactly what I was going to used it for he told me which one would be best because of the memory and which one I didn't need to spend more money on.

This thing is fast, it really is a great laptop if you're an Intel fanboy...you wont be disappointed. I went with the AMD version though after seeing there was an option with their new 4200u processors.

I am a first year college student and this laptop proved to be a good buy. It has distinct features which makes the e-learning process easier and manageable. I would definitely recommend it for students.
