One thing I am absolutely loving on this laptop is the lighted keyboard, a function I did not have on my previous one. The 15 inch screen is a plus and videos look great

Beautifully designed and very nicely sized. The letter on the keyboard are are little hard to read and could be in bit darker print. So far, not problems and no complaints.

Bought this laptop for my son going to college. Laptop is light and large screen. He loves it. Has all the hardware requirements needed for school at a reasonable cost.

I can say that I bought a great deal for myself your sales person that helped me was very attentive took me through different options until I found the best hp laptop.

This laptop is very nice looking. The keyboard is nice and easy to use. The downside is that it is slightly noisy and heats up a bit after some time of use. The screen is not as sharp in picture, somewhat grainy. It is a little bit on the heavier side. Got this for my bf and he doesn't mind the weight, but for me, I'm 5' 115lbs so carrying this in my backpack would be hard on my back. My bf is also left-handed and I could find any laptop at a reasonable price that would have the mouse pad in the middle. Most laptops seem to shift the mouse pad to left now. However, it is a good laptop for a student.

Was handed off to an associate who understood computers. He was very helpful and led us through the purchase process well. First associate said too much about stuff he didn't understand. Glad he passed us on.

Got this for a great bargain with student discount. My daughter needed a laptop with a numeric keypad. Has enough memory and capabilities for what she needed it for. She loves the tablet conversion feature

I love this computer. It's the first new one I've bought and other than a minor issue with it heating up, I have no complaints. I especially love the fingerprint scanner that signs you in, it's very handy!

this laptop is totally more than I expected. I got it as a gift and it covers all the bases. It processes fast enough and has great memory. Ill be getting one for myself.

I purchased this laptop seeking a laptop that would fulfill my college needs. This computer surpassed all my expectations and i would recommend it to anyone.

I love this computer am using for my college study and so far so good I have not have any problems with it. I would recommend it to friends either for studies or work.

Color me completely impressed. It’s a real performer, has all the necessary bells and whistles, a neat 360 folding option (tent mode is amazing) and just looks the part.

I have had this laptop for 6-months, it is quirky. For me, quirky at $900+ is unacceptable. I thought the quirks would work themselves out over time, so I stuck with it. They have not. It does not like peripherals: wired mouse, unwired keyboard. Upon starting, does not always accept keyboard, requiring a restart. Also, drops keyboard after about an hour of non-use. Mouse curser will freeze or disappear entirely, requiring restart of the program you're using. It does not like substancially sized software. I loaded Microsoft Office 2019, then Office 365. With both products, it freezes on "program not responding" far too often. It does not like 'This PC' or 'File Explorer'. When you scroll through a list of files, laptop will jerk back to the top of the list. Even in the middle of renaming a file, laptop will jerk back to top of file list without making the change. he laptop at times simply will not do what you tell it to do, it stalls. Now, it has never failed. It still has quick start-up, which is surprising after 6-months. Has decent battery life. It IS annoying. It has not annoyed me enough to want to start all over with another laptop (even pretending I could afford to put out $900+ on a laptop and then replace it 6-months later for 'quirks'), I can't afford the downtime. I also purchased an extended warranty, but it has not annoyned me enough to call or send it in, because of the downtime. I will stick with this laptop until it dies. However, if I had it to do over again, I would not have purchased it. This laptop might work okay for social media and other tablet type uses (I don't know, I don't use it as a tablet). For work production, it is quirky to distraction and I do not recommend it.

The picture is so clear! the keyboard doesn't stick. I like how I can just unlock it with my fingerprint. It also has a webcam shield, that you can open and close.

So far all is well and I am hoping that this lasts longer than my last lenova. I bought that from best buy in oct/nov of 2019 and it died in dec of 2020.

Computer is well made with a strong housing. The B&O speakers are excellent and play at a loud volume (which is rare for a laptop). It also boots very quickly.

Bought for college freshman, it has features he needed like the side keypad, size, light weight and operating system. Price was great and use of student discounts.

I love my new HP - ENVY computer. So many new features to Microsoft.. I can access my computer through any options of unlocking it. I'm so happy that I purchase it.

Delivery was earlier than scheduled which was important as my previous computer was failing fast. I'm very happy with this one as the transition was quite easy.
