My wife's previous laptop was a HP Envy. We purchased this one to replace it. She is very happen with the Envy line. She uses it for work as a small business owner.

I purchase this computer for use as a college student, specially on this times we live now. Great sound during online classes. Good picture through cámara. Great to transport sleek and easy to carry.

This is a quality build computer. I really like the finger-scan feature. Meets all my requirements for a work computer and I was even able to load some games on it!

Bought this for my son for school and he loves it. Especially that it comes with Alexa. A great added bonus... Oh we can't forget it also has finger recognition.

I am not a person that can set up a computer without instructions. Having a little trouble as there was no paperwork to help me work through this. My computer is still not fully set up. 08/24/2020

I bought this laptop for my daughter for her first year in college. It has worked perfectly fine. She's very happy with it.

Quite fan, good performance, pleasant to type keyboard, nice screen. Only small negative point is that the screen is really shiny which gives a lot of reflection.

I'm going to need ANOTHER Geek Squad appointment to help me decipher which of the extra pop-up apps and craps I'm supposed to have vs can get rid of. I just want to USE the tool, not be ruled by it!

I was looking for a general use laptop and boy did I find it! It's got nice specs and features. The notebook option is a plus too. A lot of bang for your buck.

This laptop is light and pretty responsive. The backlit keyboard has uneven lighting tho so it makes some of the keys not as bright as others. It is also a size for which covers aren’t available yet.

My wife has used this laptop for over a year now and it has been solid! She uses it for work every single day with no issues!

Bought this computer for my daughter who will be heading to college in the fall. Very sleek design, very user friendly, and it's touch screen.. what's not to love..

Bought it for my son who was headed to college I like is offered in spec, but I was disappointed that the Best buy I was at didn't have the laptop that was on sale, at least not at my location

Still learning how to use all the features on this new laptop. Have not been able to plug in my printer. Not sure if it's a tight fit. Don't want to force it. Plan to buy a wireless printer.

After a little over a year of having this HP i can honestly say im completely satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend this laptop
