Bought this laptop for my dad to replace his 10 yr old laptop. Works awesome. He uses it for Zoom, acctg stuff, and show streaming. 1 star off bc it gets noisy at times.

The salesperson didn't have a clue about computers. Why put someone there who can't answer questions. I asked him if he could help me with a computer purchase and he said yes!

This laptop was a great purchase and was a sale item. The only thing we had to purchase was the smart stylus and we love using that feature.

Hopefully lasts longer than the Satellite did. No complaints so far, nice display, solid keyboard and nice touchscreen. A bit heavy, but chalk that up to durability.
