Thinnest laptop!

Need Geek SQUAD APPOINTMENT

However, HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE THE LAPTOP (today is 6/26/2020)! Have still not been able to schedule an appointment with the GEEK SQUAD after 4 weeks of waiting! Daily attempts to schedule appointment are met with "Sorry there are no time slots available for this location"! In the mean time 1 month of contract for Geek Squad, already paid for, has past. Some honesty should have been given when we made purchase saying that Geek Squad was not available for weeks to come!
