love everything about my new computer its fast the battery life is excellent its light weight

The best laptop I've ever owned! The touchscreen feature will spoil you. It folds in other directions to enjoy movies and videos without having the keyboard visible. Speaking of keyboard, the keys have lights so if your in poor lighting, you can still type. It's been two years and it still treats me good.

My old HP laptop was close to 12 years old and was dying so I HAD to make the choice and get a replacement. This machine fit the bill so I opted for it. Io ordered it and when it arrived at my home within 15 minutes it set itself up! I have had 4 machines the past 30 years and this was absolutely the easiest setup experience, ever! I have had it a month now and it has not disappointed me whatsoever. I love it!!

This HP is so much faster with the SSD than my laptop with a hard drive that just died. Although the screen size is the same as my old laptop, this one has a much smaller bevel. That means this HP laptop has a much smaller footprint than my old laptop (i.e., smaller dimensions) and is lighter. The sale price made it a great value. Only time will tell the quality. So far, I am super happy with this purchase.

I got this laptop for school, it does come with a 30 day trial of McAfee. The laptop is touch screen capable and can be folded like a tablet. Audio is nice,loud and crisp. Sides have spaces for SD cards, USB c and a. I would pick up in store vs delivering to your home. I saw the FedEx driver literally drop my package when it arrived. Nothing Best Buy could control. Other than that its a well prepared laptop.

I needed an upgrade and for what I was willing to spend, this laptop met all the marks. I currently use it for personal use and to teach virtually. The only thing that drives me nuts is that the touchpad is not centered to the entire keyboard, it is slightly to the left as compared to my previous computer. While it has taken some getting used to, I still find myself getting frustrated over it!

this laptop looks beautiful and is extremely quick. It can stream anything and look perfect and haven’t had a single problem. there is a camera hider button and it is very helpful and cool! truly recommend this computer to anyone!

I bought this laptop as a replacement for my Dell Latitude for work. I'm a consultant and need a fast computer that is easy to carry around and works without issue and this fits that bill nicely. The touch screen responds fast and folds back completely to make a nice sized tablet. I've had this now for a month and would gladly recommend anyone thinking about this to go ahead and purchase one!

I purchased this laptop to assist with my daughter's school work. It has been great for helping her keep all her files in one location thus far. The screen touch is very helpful when you don't want to use a mouse. It has a good screen size and the processor is extremely fast. The Envy being able to bend over backwards helps for presentations or watching videos. Overall, we give this an A+!

Needed to replace laptop used for simple online tasks like browsing, email, spreadsheets, letters, documents. Read reviews and was concerned about some complaints (noisy fan, slow connectivity). Then found one recent entry noting similar concerns - but had not experienced these issues. I am VERY pleased with this unit.. I concur that I do NOT see any issue with the fan, which seldom comes on; but is no louder than any previous computer when it does. Connectivity has been SOLID. performance is slightly better than expected. Additional functions to mute microphone and shut Camera lens are nice touches. Setup was overly simple. Did not notice any abundance of pre-installed bloat-ware. SSD performance is really nice. Overall - very pleased.

I've had this laptop for a year to do my daily tasks, mainly work from home and online classes. Honestly it hasn't let me down at all. In gaming terms due to its processor, its not the best in high tear gaming, if u wanna game on this laptop then you need to set the graphics very low. But that's not its true purpose. Overall though, solid buy.

Just wanted a laptop with 15 inch screen and touch screen functionality and this laptop came through. Audio on the laptop is loud enough and the screen resolution is very clear and colors are accurate. Also love the fact that the keyboard has a backlight so that the keys are easy to see in a low light environment. Great laptop so far and and am so happy I made this purchase!!
