Purchased this 3-weeks ago. Conveniently, after the 2-week Geek Squad support was up, it decided not to 'wake-up' out of sleep mode. After chatting with HP support and trying a variety of options to get something to appear on the screen, I now need to send it back to them for repair. (They also tried to upsell a warranty in the process, when my expectation is that they would have built a quality product in the first place). Not sure what the issue is, but can say we are not happy with this purchase.

This is a beautiful laptop, however, when you multitask and play a video or music in another window while simultaneously typing in a word document, you will begin to hear glitches and lags in the sound quality. I tried everything possible before deciding to return this computer. I tried updating the devices and drivers, and even reinstalling windows 10 per the help of an HP technician. Nothing helped. I tried my hand at a replacement of this laptop and the lagging and glitching persisted. It must just be the model itself. Wouldn’t recommend.

In both this laptop, and Best Buy's return policy. I was really excited to get this laptop for work, especially with the fingerprint reader. I thought that would make logging in less of a pain but I was clearly wrong. the fingerprint reader is extremely unreliable and often times gives up after the first attempt and requires PIN to sign in (to be fair, I think this is actually Microsoft's fault). In addition, the HP support assistant app randomly stopped working, after which the HP command app stopped working. The HP command app was actually useful to increase the fan speed as this laptop does get hot. Now that app is broken. HP support is useless. Also, when in tablet mode, and the device goes to sleep, there is no way to wake it without first flipping it back to laptop mode to wake it up, which just puts excess strain on the hinge mechanism.

Nearly 2 years in, and my laptop has been okay. I like the features, but have had to send it back twice for technical issues (battery) and now the screen.

It was a great computer. It worked well and went smoothly until I found out my camera wouldnt work. But the product is still very good and I love the size of it. I also like how it can fold up into a pad

I DON'T LIKE WHERE THE OFF/ON BUTTON IS... NOT ENOUGH ACCESSORY SLOTS...NOT SURE WHAT THE SLOTS THAT ARE THERE, ARE USED FOR WITHOUT A MANUAL.

Expected more from this product considering the price in which I paid. Paid twice as much for this laptop versus a laptop purchased over five years ago with more "bells and whistles."

I would not buy this last again. It is loud and gets hot quickly.

Got new computer for Cameo crashed first day sales man said ot was compatible took it back got another kind same issues 750.00 daughter has 200 comp from Walmart it works fine

Initially, there was no sound, but an update fixed that problem. Now, on long Zoom calls, I have experienced the screen flashing on and off. I am not sure what the issue is.

I purchased HP Envoy for my daughter who is going to the college. Only problem with this laptop is the hard drive, come with is 256 GB is not enough. This is 2020 not 2012.

The laptop itself functions well but the fan noise is terribly loud and runs hot.

Sadly, we had to return this laptop. There were issues with the speaker and the microphone. Other than that, it seem to be a good laptop.

Overall a good computer. Only complaint would be the battery life. The battery seems to drain rather quickly.

This laptop sounds like a plane that’s about to take off. My old laptop made noise too but only for a short time when cooling off the hardware but this laptop fan stays on. Really not happy but would like to exchange it but Best Buy policy won’t let me.

I've had this for 8 months now and I've had so many issues with it already. First issue was that the trackpad and the fingerprint scanner wasn't working properly, had to give it to HP for a week and they made some repairs. Now, the screen popped out partially and sometimes the screen gets very blurry and the contents in it starts shaking on the screen randomly. This is not what you expect in a laptop more than $600.
