I would highly recommend considering a competitor's laptop over this. This touchpad is significantly worse than the touchpad on my old laptop I bought 4 years ago for half the price, from best buy.

I went to best buy and they did not want to change it for another one. Now I'm stuck with this really expensive laptop that makes alot of noice. And has a lot of problems with the sounds.

However, within one month I began receiving blue screen errors (reset computer, Bitlocker recovery, etc.). The touchpad began to lose sensitivity after 3 months. It now only November and the touchpad frequently stops working completely. Not happy with my $700 purchase!

Browsing, streaming, etc. Nothing intensive. He completely shuts down the laptop at night before. When he turns it on the next morning the battery life goes from 100% to 80%. A coupe percent loss is expected but to lose 20% battery life when it is turned off is not acceptable. Everything else about the machine is good such as keyboard, display, brightness, etc. except for this battery drain issue.

I really enjoyed this Laptop's features and Touch screen capabilities, but the screen cracked and I did not get geek squad protection due to usually due to a history of not needing it before. The laptop cracks easily. I am not sure if HP can assist with this issue.

It started showing a recovery message indicating that it did not loaded windows 10 correctly. I then tried to call HP technical help and failed miserably ie: no one answers the phone so I’ve been putting up with this problem. One thing for sure I won’t be a repeat customer, even less recommend this piece of excrement to anybody.
