Perfect computer for work or anything really. Is fast and has long battery life!

I Am very happy with my new computer! It is lightweight and easy to carry in a large purse! The computer is easy to manipulate and manage! The windows program is familiar and I have no problem completing most task!The camera seems to work well! The pictures are clear and sharp ! I have had the computer in my possession about two to three weeks! I am enjoying my new computer!

It is easy to get started out of the box. I like being able to use the key board or use touch screen. The screen images are clear and bright. Like the lighted keyboard. The weight is good for the size of laptop.I like the overall appearance of it. The hp computers have been very reliable. The Best Buy Total Tech Support is a great service to have on our electronics.

I had a previously had a very similar HP model, unfortunately my puppy had a problem with it and I had to get a new one. This model is just a slightly newer one than the one I had and I love it just as much. These computers are light-weight and adaptable. I don't use the touch screen/Ipad mode but it's a feature a lot of people would probably enjoy. This model came with a fingerprint reader to unlock it as well which I thought was fun. I would definitely recommend this laptop to anyone looking!

I think this computer works very well for my online classes. This is my first time using a windows computer but I found it works very well. The only complaint that I would have is the fan. It does not come on very often but when it does it is pretty noisy. This computer is not built well for gaming in my opinion so if you are looking for a gaming computer I would look at a different computer. It is almost perfect for schooling!

I didn't realize how sluggish my old laptop until I bought this one! I'm thrilled with it. It was very easy to setup, it guides you through the entire process. There were some programs I didn't want to setup and now I'm receiving reminders about them each time I log on but I just close the reminder so it's not a big inconvenience. Very happy I purchased this laptop!

I only have two problems with the computer. The camera quality is bad and there is a lot of reflection in the screen. When I bough the computer I didn’t think it would be a big deal and it’s not unless I’m watching a video- then it’s really annoying. The camera isn’t an issue except for zoom calls because I don’t like the quality. Other than these two issues, I love the overall quality of the computer and am glad with my purchase.

This laptop is amazing. I bought one in late 2019 and had no issues with it until I recently cracked the screen and had to buy a new one. This new one that I bought in mid 2020 is better than the old one however the fan gets obnoxiously loud. I am very disappointed that HP cheaped out on this feature because my old envy never made a noise at all.

I bought this for my classroom. This machine had enough power to drive Zoom lessons. Video lagged a bit. If you're going to stream videos to students through a web conference software often, you may need a little more power. My other machines were Appl*s. The touchscreen will be the deal breaker. Using whiteboard software is a perfect pair for distance teaching.

I got this because my old laptop finally died. This was on sale for a decent price and took a chance. It does what it said. It’s simple to use, the screen is great and the light up keyboard With dimmable options is nice to have. I didn’t need anything to powerful or crazy just basic day to day office type stuff so can speak on anything other than basic use.

This computer is for my daughter starting dual enrollment classes. Student deals are the way to go for a great price. The computer is sturdy, stylish, fast, and easy to switch between tablet and laptop. The battery life is good and should last her for the whole day at school and then some. It also charges fast. Really crisp visuals and the sound is bangin'

Windows 10 has been easy to navigate, no problems with processor speed. Controls are responsive and haven't had issues with lagging. One minor issue has been the audio; speakers crackle at times, and the audio settings need to be played with repeatedly in order to get them to work when video chatting. Was a bit pricier than expected for only having 8GB of RAM, but the price reflected it having a touchscreen.

I switched from an Apple MacBook Air to this computer and it has so many more features!! I really wanted a computer that had a touch screen and a keyboard with a separate number keyboard. It also flips to a tablet, has a bigger screen, and a finger print reader. It was also cheaper for this computer than it was for a Mac with so many more features!

2-in-1 looks really sleek! Usually runs cool even with light gaming, e.g., Second Life. The only time it heats up is when working in SL on something graphic intensive, then it shuts itself down. Starts up fine immediately afterwards. The microphone sounds good on Zoom calls. The system speakers are stereo sound giving the impression of sound from two directions. My only complaint on the silver model is the keyboard. Even though it has backlight the silver keyboard is difficult for people who are visually impaired. Suggest going for the black model. At first I worried it did not have a cd/dvd drive. I did buy an external drive for the two times I had to use it. After a year I've had no problems. I am able to run Office, a browser, and a game simultaneously. The few times I had problems a driver update fixed it. At the top of the keyboard is a row of function keys. This includes turning microphone on/off,, camera on/off and backlightg on/off. Placement of those keys isn't intuitive. Similarly, the Envy's On/Off button is embedded with other keys above the backspace key instead of at the ond of the row which to me would make more sense. Out of the box the keyboard backlight does not stay on very long. The only way to change it is modifying the bios. This is the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.
