Its okay to be honest the battery dies fast and it is annoying

Love the computer, however the battery is drained only after 4 hrs.

Unfortunately this computer completely died after about 50 days. Would not turn on at all. I had to return to HP and was told it needed the motherboard replaced and repair was delayed due to lack of parts. Considering it was just purchased, I was not happy with such a major repair. After pressing for a different option than repair, HP allowed a buy back and gave me gift cards to purchase a different computer since they did not have any new replacements.

It’s has a good build quality and nice features, but it is has a lot of weird problems. When you don’t use it for a while it’s turns off, sometimes the power button doesn’t work, and sometimes the screen doesn’t work. ⚠️Don’t buy unless you’re getting a warranty as well⚠️

Great laptop but the fan makes a lot of noise. I will not recommend this to anyone.

The keys are hard to see, which makes typing difficult!

I have bought this same computer several times for my family. It has been working well and I loved it. One day it just stopped working, they said it’s a manufacturer error but it was passed the guarantee so that didn’t matter.

When we learn how to operate it I will know better.

Trust me, spend the extra $100 and get the model above this one you will thank me...... I purchased this and that night I looked and saw the Model 15m-ed0023dx compared it side by side and I woke up arrived 30 mins before Best Buy opened to EXCHANGE IT...

I spent a lot of money on this computer and windows 10 is not working .when we brought it back to the store ,they told me to ho home try to resolve it myself. It should have worked out of the box.

Two years old and was told I needed a new motherboard. Paid $250+ and in less than a month the same issue was happening with the screen glitching and blacking out.

This laptop was purchased for college student. Not even 1 month after purchase laptop screen began to blackout during typing a word document. The pixels have started to blur words on laptop screen. I'm very disappointed in this product.

DIdn't get to use it for more than 2 weeks before it broke. Returned it because there was an issue with the screen going black every so often. We googled it and apparently it's prone to break. 2 stars because I love what it looks like.

I have owned this computer for over a month now and I have yet to use it. I still cannot get it out of "S" mode. Geek squad won't help me because they said they cannot. I have tried calling Microsoft, but good luck getting in touch with anyone during covid hours. So, I have a pretty, brand new computer that won't let download even google chrome because of ridiculous "S" mode. Now my son starts school next week with a pretty computer in a box.

This laptop is very sensitive and does weird things randomly. I really don't like it that much. The touch screen is ok. I only wanted a cheap laptop to use for email and general stuff. I wouldn't use it for anything important.

This laptop is beautiful, I wanted to love it so bad. The caveat is the sound glitches hardcore whenever you multitask, which is a big issue for me when I take notes during meetings, listen to music and write papers, etc. I updated the drivers and BIOS, no luck. Exchanged the laptop for a new one, same issue. On to try a new one.

I purchased the computer in may and in June the computer would not start up. HP support stated that the bios was corrupted and it needed to be sent in to bestbuy geek squad for repair. Best buy geek squad called after a month and stated that because it had a dent, it was no longer covered under warranty and the repair would be almost $500. The man on the phone admitted that the dent had nothing to do with the issue, but it was a good excuse for them not to cover the warranty issue. I will never shop at any bestbuy again in my life.

I love but the screen breaks so easy and once there is one cracks it causes others to form, i even got protection on it but for it to get fix its gonna take almost 2 months .

This computer should be a recall. It gets too hot and burns to the touch. I need to request another computer if this is a flaw or recall.
