This computer has been nothing but problems. It automatically downloaded a BIOS update however, it was not as new as the bios on the machine. It corrupted the machine and it had to be rebuilt again and there still seems to be problems. Now the charger seems to be very warm to hot when used for a short time. I keep debating bringing this back but don't have the money to have the unit rebuilt again.

I find this machine to be sub par. Will not connect to my work desktop while I work from home. It constantly times out and needs to be opened again.

Based on reviews the computer would have been great, but apparently I got a bad one. I didn’t even finish setting up Windows till I notice the right speaker would rattle when Cortana would speak. That was all I needed to pack it up and take it back for an exhchange. Maybe the next one will be fine

The battery dies out quick writhing 2 hours of use then the camera quality is not that great what so ever

I had three brand new versions of this and NONE Of them worked. The first one wouldn’t turn on, second one turned on but didn’t come out of sleep mode and same with the third one! I literally got three duds. I was disappointed because I really took time to search and fell in love with everything about this computer! I ended up with the Dell version of this!

These are such junk for the price. We have had them for less than 3 months and they’re both having constant problems. I got one for myself and one for my husband. Mine is having moderate issues and he’s having so many on his that he can’t even use it. Garbage computer, I wish I had paid a little extra for a different brand. Never buying HP again.

I have a lot of room to type, the touch screen is great and I think the larger screen is really helpful. It has a good battery, too.

I purchased on 9/11/2020 and the computer is not powering up. Today is October 2nd. I love the computer when it was working.

My prior laptop had died and nobody could explain or fix it. I was shown this HP. Price was reasonable so I chose it. I miss the larger screen of previous laptop. Keys are odd; white characters on light grey background is not good. Some keys are in different locations. Did not plan on relearning a keyboard. I acted too quickly. I should have thought more thoroughly the alternatives.

volume is too low, youtube videos don't always play. It isn't worth the amount I paid. Not satisfied with purchase

Beautiful laptop, but would not turn on after several days of use. Geek Squad could not help and recommended to return it. This was the replacement for the first HP envy that lasted a week and had no sound. Stay away from this computer line.

LG channels are completely unnecessary. I am not comfortable with this TV

Defective hard drive. It was slow from the very beginning. It literally took 1-2 minutes just to type a word in the search box, then, in less than 3 months after purchase, the hard drive crashed! Piece of junk in my opinion. I certainly hope the replacement laptop does not do the same thing!

I owned this computer for about a week before I returned it. As I was using it, the top of the screen would consistently glitch. I did not find out what was wrong with it. I simply returned it. If I was having issues with it after a few days, then it was not worth hanging on to.

My computer experienced a virus from the 1st day of purchase...

I bought this laptop yesterday and the associate told me I couldn’t use the student discount so I bought it. When I went home and try buying online with the student discount it allows me. Should I take it back? The associate person was not very helpful. I would not go back to him.

Bought this laptop July 2020 and I only used it for few times and started having issues with the Bitlocker. Requesting Bitlocker password which I don’t have. Am not happy at all for that.

Blacks out if moved slightly. Otherwise, it works fine.

I bought this laptop and second day everything crashed. I always hated hp because of their battery problem and I didn’t want to purchase this. Regret purchasing this

Haven’t had a windows device in some time. Once set up and updated this device wouldn’t see my cell phone hotspot. Called HP and they directed me to a 3rd party who would charge me to figure out why. Brand new computer. I took it back promptly.
