purchased online and had it shipped so i could get it at a sale price but 20 minutes into using it the mouse pad got stuck and froze the cursor could not use it unless i used the touchscreen

This laptop is just the right size for any type of work or play. The 360 allows you to use as a computer or tablet, which is great for ciewing movies as well. The speakers are not as loud as I would like and the bluetooth does not always find connections for external apeakers. I used this while teaching a High school Nursing course and it connected well to external projectors and streaming. ISSUES: As with most HP products, the cooling fans are not adequate. Prepare to purchase a cooling fan stand, unless you want burnt legs, which will happen if using it for any length of time. The keyboard also stopped working on certain keys, making it very irritating. I like the finger print scanner when it works. For as much as I paid for this device, it should work much better. I would not buy this model or one simar again. Asus, Dell and other have models similar that I believe I would try if searching again. The backlit keyboard is great though. It does not work well for multi processing, when needing to do many thjngs at once. It lags and the memory isnt great. It checked all my boxes when making the purchase, unfortunately it did not live up to its hype.

It’s been 20 day’s since I bought this laptop and the internal camera doesn’t work, it shows an error on the screen that doesn’t move. If you are buying this for school live class don’t waste your time with this laptop

I bought the items and picked delivery method vs pick up knowing that the item will arrive earlier as stated in website which is next day. It took 1 week before I received it. Before then I placed another order for pick up.

After buying the laptop I cannot get it to come on they refused to let me return it. it been in the shop Since 7/21/2020 and I still have not gotten my laptop back

LCD already broke in the laptop. General use for a school computer , never broke. I wouldn’t recommend getting a touch screen laptop. It is not worth it

Bought this laptop as a gift for my goddaughter overseas & audio system defective & it's hard to get a global warranty. They've been giving them a run around. Will never ever buy HP laptop again. Poor quality.

A complete dud. Do not buy this model. Been having trouble with it since day 4 of owning it. And now 3.5 months later, can't even power it on.

Took great care of this and barely used it. It no longer powers on. LOST EVERYTHING PHOTOS AND WORK. Was less than 3 months old. Best buy told me 100$ to have it fixed or replaced. Very disappointing

Bought 3 weeks ago. Took 2 days to get it connected to the internet after tons of troubleshooting. Now the laptop wont even turn on. So much trouble!!!!

Computer is only 31 days old and it’s s no good. The screen freezes up which calls for force shut down. I am going to contact HP.

I purchased this laptop less that 4 months ago. I have barely used it in that time but now will not even turn on.

Horrible computer and had many problems. Tried to exchange it and the geek squard and employees were horrible to deal with. Would not recommend an HP.

My 12 year old son had it crack on him unexpectedly and he's very good with things. Returned and bought regular one ENVY not good durability for kids.

After a couple of weeks the screen kept blacking out and at times for long periods of time. The microphone/speakers would turn off and on.

Less than 3 months later and the screen blacks out. The cooling found sounds like a 4 cylinder engine.

This computer has been a smooth transition from previous computer. This is the best touch pad I've ever had.

Had this computer for 7 months and it stopped working.

still laying around and have not opened it yet since it was at the Geek place at Best Buy.
