Applications will not load and screen is flickering.

I returned the computer and I will try do my best not do business at Best Buy again.

It is a very fast computer with excellent touch screen transition. The colors and esthetics are very nice and it works well with all systems. Only thing, I’ve had it for 3 years and it seems to be malfunctioning with some glitching (the screen goes dark and turns on every couple hours). It’s a bummer because I bought the protection for 3 years and right at the 3 year mark it started to have things malfunction. Overall, good computer.

I paid extra to expedite order and it arrived late, after my son left for college!

This computer has everything I was looking for as a new Nursing School student. Large display to read all my e-textbooks, fast wireless connection, light weight, holds and even holds a decent charge! Perfect for the price!

The laptop works well for what it is. Sleek, easy to use, responsive touchscreen. But wow, the fan is insanely loud. Browsing the internet should not be such a burden on the laptop. The fan gets hot very easily and the fan sounds, like other reviewers have said, like a plane is taking off. High pitched and obnoxious. I'm probably going to bring it back and try something else, which is a real shame, because it's perfect in every other regard.

We purchased this to replace a laptop we had. Could not be happier with it. It is useful as a laptop and tablet.

As we were sent home to work 2020, as the manager for my office I immediately found myself seriously lacking something that could intergrate with the several govt. platforms that I had to operate in and provide quality management this workhorse proved both its functionality and durability. 3 years later I'm looking for only another Envy

I had to replace my old laptop this winter and this one is perfect. It has a larger screen size for my old eyes and also has a number keypad. It is touchscreen and flips into tablet mode, which I find useful when watching movies and shows. It is a little more expensive that other laptops, but this one is perfect and well worth it!!!

This is an amazing laptop, i use it for DJing which means i run it for a whole 5-6 hours non-stop every weekend and never gives me problems. I love this HP and i totally recommend it.

I purchased this for my son 2.5 years ago for his bday and first tine away at university. He loved it and still uses it for school. He said he loves the backlit keys and it still works smoothly as the first day.
