This has been the perfect laptop for both school and playing video games online. Runs like a beast

The computer works wonders helped me get through college but one thing I will say is it is quite fragile it fell from probably a 2 foot height and screen shattered but luckily it was a easy fix

This laptop is amazing I may be biased because I love HP everything. This computer is fast I mean it takes me less than a minute to turn on and sign in and to work. The weight isn’t to heavy if you travel a lot. The entire thing is extremely durable. The touch screen can be better when it comes to scrolling down large pdf documents like books and so fourth. That’s literally my only gripe. The keyboard lights up also if that’s a thing for you :) it is for me !

This laptop is light and easy to use. My only complaint is that the battery life doesn't last as long as I was told it would last. I was told anywhere from 5 to 8 hours, and it drains in 3 or less. Other than that I am completely satisfied with this laptop.

Its battery life is not to great and the screen is going out after a year and a half

I've had an HP envy for 7 years. We needed to upgrade for remote learning so I bought this newer model since I felt I could trust it's quality. FORGET IT!! I've gone through 3 of them in the last 2 weeks and will be returning for NOT another one ever. They work great until you're using them in Zoom or Meet or any platform like that and then all 3 of them will freeze and make a TERRIFYING loud noise that won't stop until you shut the whole thing down. It can happen 3 times in one half hour. This is a great computer and should not be having these issues on the day you buy it. I am livid. It's ruining our required school and work requirements and I'm so sick of taking off work and going into best buy for yet another "exchange" of the same crap. Today when I return this 3rd brand new one I will be getting something completely different. BOO!
