This is an excellent computer. The Intel core i7 makes this a very smooth machine. The fan does not run as much as my last computer and the battery is just okay. I love having the Wi-Fi 6 for better networking.

Geek squad (Ryan, in particular) has been very helpful in getting my laptop and itunes troubleshot and up to speed for me. Glad I'm enrolled with them!!! The product itself is slick!!! Fast, easy to use.

I originally wanted an Apple product,but the salesperson explained the features of this laptop and I didn’t see any reason to spend extra money on an Apple product. This product adequately serves my purposes.

Love this laptop. I work from home, so I am on it most of the day. Works great, no issues. Love the touch screen!! Only thing that could improve is the screen brightness.

I am a Mac girl through and through, but couldn't afford to replace my old MacBook Pro when it slowed down considerably. Fortunately, a very knowledgable sales associate showed me this HP Envy. I reluctantly checked it out and was surprised at how similar it was to my MacBook. My husband read many reviews, including one article that referred to it as the "Mac Killer". The price is unbeatable and I am extremely happy with its speed, performance, ease of use and durability. I still use my trusty MacBook Pro, and it's hard to tell the difference between the two! I highly recommend this laptop, especially to someone used to the MacBook Pro, who, like me, is unable to afford a new one.

I purchased this laptop because it was the new model of one I had purchased in the past. I am very pleased with it! I love that it has the calculator on the keyboard and that it's touch screen.

Bought for my wife to use with her cricut designing. She downloads tons of fonts and files and it still has memory. Love that it's a touch screen. We haven't used it with a stylus yet though.

I love this laptop. Usually I use a separate keyboard with my laptops but I don’t have to with this laptop. The keys feel great. The graphics are impressive and response time is amazing.

Bought this HP for my college son....he loves it. Touch screen, super fast, and light weight. He also said the camera and speakers are perfect...a must for this current time of Zoom calls!!

So far so good. I like being able.to turn on and off the back-lit keyboard. The fact that it's a 2-in-1 is really handy, though it doesn't always work as smoothly as I would like. The screen display is awesome. The speed is fast as well. Decent buy

This laptop takes care of all my needs very well; and the speed is so much better than I expected. Also, the size is perfect for home and travel.

I really like this laptop. I love that the keyboard lights up. The option to use as a laptop or tablet style is great! I love the numbers on the side. Over all I am very happy with this laptop.

This was a christmas gift for my husband and so far other than my having to set it up for him, he has had no complaints. Since it has been about 5 years since last purchase things change and he is not used to having to search for what he wants to find.

Bought this when my other HP died suddenly. I loved the fact that it was a tablet as well. My 5 year-old son uses this when he does distance learning and the touch screen comes in very handy.

Beautiful laptop. Extremely fast-updates, rebooting, etc.takes no time at all. I had a bit of trouble with setting up my photos and iTunes but that more than likely was me more than device. Backlight is a plus. All in all very pleased.
