I love this laptop it does everything I need it to do the touch screen is perfect I haven’t had any problems out of it yet

I love this laptop. It is so easy to use and large enough that it feels like a regular computer. The lit up keyboard is a great feature along with the touchscreen.

This laptop is so good But the battery dies quickly depends on what you’re doing. the fans gets loud when you play a game on it and the battery dies 2x faster.

Bought this to replace my desktop which was too big for my new place. This unit is perfect in size and the touchscreen is amazing. Can’t go wrong with this laptop.

The computer is light and easy to use. It’s great that it converts from a traditional laptop to a tablet. The only thing is that I needed to get a stylus separate.

I like the features the computer offers me. It is fast. Zoom has a better picture. I am still learning the features on this computer. I like exploring every day.

Does what we wanted. Touch screen is very sensitive. The power button is hard to find - it is a key on the top row and not on a corner! The system seems to work well. The new mini-USB is great for my new iPhone cord.

Overall it works well. But I has frozen a few times when I hardly used it. I hope not to have continuing issues. The screen is very glossy but over all looks nicer than most computers I’ve owned.

The ENVY X360 so far has been excellent. I have read other reviews that talked about the cooling fan being loud. Coming from a Surface book to the ENNY, yes the fan is a bit noisier than the Surface but certainly not bad, tolerable for sure. I am impressed with the finger print scanner to log on. Works very well except after just finishing hand washing the dishes. I would recommend the ENVY and if I were looking for another laptop the ENVY would be at the top of the list.

Nice smaller size. Easy to use right from the start. Mouse pad enter button is too small. Makes it difficult to use at times. I do enjoy the touch screen at times

First time buying a laptop..........Realized after purchasing, it didn't have enough memory for pics and videos. I bought a separate 5TB portable drive. Downloads pretty quickly and clear screen. Easy to use.

My husband and I are still trying to get used to our new laptop! So far we love the touch screen but we are finding that everything is so "touchy"...it's going to take time to get used to but we will do it!!!

I have really enjoyed this laptop, very responsive. The combination of touch screen and using the keyboard is great. So far this has been a great laptop.

This was purchased for someone who is tech challenged. It is much more than what is need to join zoom meetings. It is very easy to navigate and learner friendly. I would recommend even for advanced users.

Love it! This laptop is so easy to use and maneuver around. The size of the keys are great for my eyes. The screen is the perfect size and very clear.

Handy computer for student use. It is generally easy to download and install apps. The touch screen died within a couple weeks so I had to buy a mouse. Otherwise, no complaints.
