Handy computer for student use. It is generally easy to download and install apps. The touch screen died within a couple weeks so I had to buy a mouse. Otherwise, no complaints.

You can't beat this package for the price. I wish the HD was larger, but with external storage being so mainstream these days it's not major concern.

Great laptop. Keyboard has an excellent touch. Attached wireless mouse and navigation is good. Replaced desktop and the portability is a plus.

Capable laptop. Really like the 360 design with the touch screen ability. Gets hot when playing games, but it is not built to be a gaming laptop. Charge lasts decently long

We bought this for the wife and it was the easiest computer I ever setup. I really like how the computer talked me through the whole setup process.

Replaced my very old pavilion with this. The system is fast, boots up fairly quickly. Screen is great, keyboard is well spaced. Battery life is sufficient but not outstanding. The 2-in-1 is nice, but a huge flaw exists. Once the screen turns off there is no way to turn it back on without putting back in normal laptop position. Seems like an easy oversight/fix but no physical button works on the keyboard once folded. Depending on your use, this may not matter. Overall, great laptop, weight/size/etc are all good.

So far so good! So easy to use, I love it. Perfect for the sims 4 with multiple expansion packs, great for school and streaming.

I'm on this computer right now. It is working very well - nice and fast. No problems setting it up and getting my apps and emails working on it.

I love that it’s lightweight. It’s touch screen and can be viewed cia monitor only. It recharges quickly and the keyboard is light to the touch. This is a really nice laptop for the price.

Love this laptop! So easy to use and really great speed. I do Zoom calls several times a week, and the camera and microphone is great.

I love my HP! It's easy to use and it's really nice to be able actually see the games I like to play instead of squinting at my phone!

One thing that bothered me is the sound it makes from the fan when its heating up, the sound of the fan comes and goes very often. It's still too heavy compare my microsoft surface laptop.
