Exceptional HP!

I am so impressed with this new model on so many levels. It is super fast and perfect for general use and occasional work use. I am sure its capabilities far exceed what I will be using it for. This is a high quality machine and I can tell you from experience, this line from HP is pretty unmatched for the price. I highly recommend!

Great value - easy to use

The laptop itself is slim and stylish. It was easy to set up, and is much faster than her old laptop. The display is crisp and the resolution is high. The touchscreen is an added bonus and works very well. There were other laptops with more RAM and higher processing, but this one was in budget and works great!

Functional laptop in need of better design

However, it's a squirrely place to put the ON button! Whoever thought to take the ON button away from one of the sides or the front of the computer!!! Thank goodness there is the Internet where one can find answers to questions about squirrely things!!! Besides the light behind the keys on the keyboard stays on for too short a time. If one is working in a dimmed room, it's a challenge to find the keys on the keyboard. THERE IS A NEED FOR IMPROVEMENT ON THE DESIGN OF THIS LAPTOP
