    I love this laptop! I was looking for something that could do a little bit of everything and I found the perfect item with this product! Sound/display is awesome, no weird echoing or brightness issues. It’s very user friendly, goes from laptop to tablet easy and it’s not too heavy for the size. Fans aren’t too loud and only run about a minute in a half at most. Great purchase!!

    Very happy with this laptop I bought my wife as we transitioned to distance learning. She is a teacher and the laptops the school provides had small screens and poor performance. (We really need a technology referendum passed!) This laptop passed the test. Sale price was perfect. The service from Best Buy was outstanding when I went into the store to pick it up the same day!

    I'm all about my laptop, and this one seems to work very well. The fingerprint sign-in and the 360-folding screen were new to me and seem like nice additions. I lament the loss of USB-A ports, but I can plug a hub into the USB-C port and all is well. The installation of all my usual software went smoothly, though I'm still getting used to the various malware protections.
