Great computer for the price

It charges quickly and holds a charge for many hours. The response time is quick, and I can easily switch between my wireless mouse, or the touch screen. The convertible feature turns it into a large tablet. 8 GB is enough for me as I keep my documents and photos on external drives.

Very nice laptop and quick

It was reccomended by a person that does lots of computer work. My only problem is that I bought a HP printer to go with this and unless you unplug it and plug it back in, it will not wake up when you hit print. Have talked with several HP reps from all over the world and still not properly satisfied with the printer.

Shame on HP

Since it was being used by an 8th grader for virtual school this was a definite problem. Shame on HP who was aware of the problem and has no plan to fix it. Luckily, Best Buy was able to allow us to replace it with another this model that has a different processor.
