    First of all, this laptop was not returned by me. It was a 2020 Christmas present from my husband. The touch screen features quit working, so I took it in to Best Buy to be "fixed." 3 weeks later, I was told at the store that my "new" laptop had been junked at repair city in Kentucky. I was not contacted about this. I was in shock! It was a nice laptop while I had it, except the touch screen features quit working!

    I went into Best Buy looking for a laptop for my classes starting in May as well a something my daughter could play on and not destroy. In the end I Choose the HP EVY 360 and I’m glade I did. It sleek light weight durable and and runs smoothly. To my surprise it has 360 hinges so my daughter can set it up and use like a tablet.
