I am happy with this purchase. As someone who is not as computer literate as others, I asked for all files from my previous computer be transferred to this one. It did not happen. It has caused some issues but I'm dealing with it. Thant has nothing to do with your product. More for the Geek Squad.

They had it for $180 off. But even with that discount, it was still bad. Filled with HP Bloatware, only 256 gig SSD and abysmal battery life. Nothing about this is acceptable for almost a $1000 laptop

This was a spur of the moment purchase. I needed a new laptop since my old laptop was a dinosaur. This was on sale and had all the appropriate bells and whistles I needed. The screen quality is amazing. I love the touch screen addition and HP is a great brand. So in all, I believe this was a great purchase.

this laptop is perfect for me! i love the quality of the screen and laptop itself. perfect for schoolwork and watching videos and my son loves to play roblox on it! it was a feasible price and the processor is great! its quick and im honestly glad i made the choice of buying this laptop!

For me personally this laptop does everything I need and then some at a good price point. It’s not the best laptop out there but it’s definitely not the worse. It’s a great value for the specs!

This is a great computer for me. My old one was at least 8 years old and this one is so much faster and easier to use. I LOVE the lighted keyboard as I often get up quite early and don't like to turn lights on in the house to wake the entire family. I am very glad I made this choice.

Got good infomation from the salesperson and all my questions were answered. Did have to come back and ask more questions but that worked out fine. The geek squad helped immensely. There were not enough people working though. Expanded hour would help the crowding and lines.

Very satisfied with my laptop. It’s processing speed is great. My only dislike is there is no backlit keyboard to this model. Completely my error. I needed a laptop quick and forgot to make sure that feature was included. But, that for sure does not diminish the quality of this laptop

I bought the Laptop & Wireless Printer and accessories. A Geek Squad Tech copied my data from my desk top to the laptop. He took the time to be sure I knew how to operate the laptop and answer any questions. I have always had a good experience with Best Buy and Geek Squad.

Great product. I needed a replacement for the Envy I had before and I am hoping it lasts the 8 years the previous one did. With the solid state drive it starts up fast and the connectivity is great. The fingerprint sign on is a nice feature. Did not take long to set up.

I have come to depend on HP for my computers and printers. We had the Spectre and switched to the ENVY for specific features. The Spectre price was insanely expensive and had no USB 3.0 ports and only 1 USB 2.0 port. We decided to buy the ENVY due to those issues. It works well and has the HP quality we expect. My only and big regret - is the size of the ENVY and the large keyboard. If I had to choose again, I would probably go ahead and buy the new Spectre, despite the price and USB port changes. The large screen is nice for photo editing with Photoshop and for seeing a larger view of my Ancestry family trees page view of more people at a time. Had to get used to the larger keyboard and constantly mistyping due to larger spacing of the letters/numbers. Never been a fan of Apple and am not ready to give up keyboard for a Surface. I do a huge amount of typing and prefer a keyboard for now. Consider the size, especially if you are used to a smaller footprint and keyboard.

The reason why I have bought myself the HP Laptop ENVY ×360 Convertible is because I can take it with me every where I go like the book store to my doctors office. I have always like HP laptops and they have high end laptops and the quality that HP has to offer.

I really love this computer, they were very helpful and got me what I needed. At first i purchased an open box, and nothing was wrong with it, but I went back and returned it to get a brand new one. The only downfall is I did not get all the points I should have from the purchase, I only got what I had to pay the difference of for the exchange.
