although I am still using my old laptop more than the new one its I am getting use to the windows 10 my old laptop had windows 7 but the sales person at the store gave me a few pointers that have helped me a lot & I will be ok soon using my new one for everything thanks so much

I was really unsure what I wanted the salesmen stayed with me the whole time help me make my decision and I'm really glad I did I like it for so many reasons it's just a very good computer I would recommend it to anybody it does everything I need and everything it should do

I bought this laptop for my wife and she absolutely loves it! It far exceeds her expectation and is easily the best laptop she's ever owned. I would highly recommend that you check this one out when you are looking for a new laptop. HP you hit a homerun with this one.

I do not use this computer every day for hours . Only a few hours per week. What time I do use it I find it very well thought out and of very high quality. Although I am very well pleased with this purchase I will need more time to determine if it is all that I hoped for.

I absolutely love this laptop! I originally went in wanting a completely different laptop- but little did I know I was getting a better deal out of this one. It does what I need it to do and has AMAZING battery life. Can I say that this is laptop is everything and more.

I purchased an HP Laptop for school. Best Buy ensured I has everything I needed and set it up before I even left the store including a package that allows me to bring it back if I need any work done by the Geek Squad to any electronic in my home for a full year

Except for some minor irritations and glitches from time to time, I am overall glad I bought another Envy 360 when my last one crashed. While the keyboard backlighting is not as good as my previous Envy, HP is one of the few manufacturers offering that helpful lighting option anymore.

I purchased a new HP laptop recently. The Geek Squad were able to copy all my critical information from my old Laptop. I really depend on the Geek Squad to deal with my technical problems. They are very good on technical issues and explain it to customers.

I'm getting old, computers sure have changed, but our sales lady had wonderful personality. She guided us to this one and I felt she did because she genuinely believed it would suit my daughter's college needs. So far she's been right. My daughter loves it!

Good item at the moment it’s easy to use for my school

Compared to my old desktop computer, this is the best. It is very responsive, by that I mean I plugged in my mouse and it k ew exactly what to do with it and I was able to use the mouse immediately. Same with my printer. The new technology is so brillant!!!

The computer is great. My only complaint is about the speakers make a loud clicking noise from the day I bought it. I brought it in for a tech support appointment. My issue has not been resolved by Best Buy. Yes, I have the 2-year protection plan.

Had my first animal for 28 years. It was time to get a new one. Still use the original to clean up cars and the pet space. Such a great product! One thing I'm not good with is how easily the front piece detaches. Still trying to figure that out.

Bought this computer to replace an old Dell Windows Vista laptop. Bought it based on the excellent reviews it received from other owners on Best Buy. It has not disappointed. I use it for general web surfing and some spreadsheet and letter compositions.

How did I love before new HP lap top? Trying to read emails and pay bills on phone was exhausting. HP lap top is powerful and now loaded with Microsoft products. I can do so much more on line including educational on line learning. Awesome. Love it.

Really pleased with this computer. Faster than my old one, which was about 4 yrs. old. Easier to navigate the programs and the lighted key board is quite helpful. Also, the setup tutorials are helpful, since I'm some what technologically challenged.

Everyone that worked with me at Best Buy was Great! I gave them an idea of what I needed and they more than met my expectations, they have made my husband a very happy man. He loved his Christmas present. Thanks for your patience and expertise.
