This laptop has been great. Had to purchase it on a lunch break for my child who was doing virtual college classes when our old one died. The reps were great that helped us pick which would work the best for what my son was needing.

This is a great computer. One very small drawback is even though the keyboard lights up, there is glare when the light shines on it. the letters blend into the keys. The screen graphics and colors are highly visible and I love this computer.

Bought this for my niece starting her freshman year of college. She absolutely loves it!! This was a great buy on sale for $729.99. I purchased the 3-yr warranty as well so this will take her thru from start to finish.

This computer is nice enough but I can't say it is anything out of the ordinary. It works and the screen is nice and clear but can't say it knocks my socks off. Nothing much different than my old one (Dell, Windows 10 and touch screen.) Nothing bad but nothing to write home about either.

So far so good. It’s very similar to my last HP which is what I wanted. The downside to this one is the same as all other HP laptop models.. they need to fix their charging cable input I can see this becoming an issue again in the future.

Had a problem right out of the box that Geek Squad had set up. They claimed that it wasn't anything that the did it was virus. I hadn't installed any programs but I couldn't get on Google . I took it back to. Geek Squad and they had to keep it over night . Once I got it back the computer has performed well .

A lot lighter than I thought it'd be for a 15.6" laptop. Touchpad feels good and responsive. Keyboard also feels good. Overall, laptop feels really sturdy. Having the latest 11th Gen Intel Core processor makes this laptop really fast.

After 20 years with a work laptop, I didnt know what to buy but Connor talked to me about my expected usage and recommended this. I love it.

I love the look, very compact and sleek. However, looks aside, what truly made me love this laptop was its multiple functions, I love that the screen can fold into a tablet, and then I'll use my stylus. Very happy with my purchase.

This is my first laptop. I have always had a desktop that was big and bulky. I thought the laptop would be hard to learn, but at my age (72), It was easier that I thought. I am very pleased with my new laptop. I love it.

I absolutely loves this computer. I needed a faster computer for work because my other one was so slow and crashing during zoom. This one is so much faster and i have had no problems with it so far. Would definitely recommend.

I wish there more instructions about what is the best extensions and how to make the computer operate at it's full capacity. It works great this far and may need to just do a lot of learning on how to make it fit my needs.

I bought 2 as gifts fir adult children for design and capabilities. Very fun laptop. I was verrry impressed a Best Buy delivery guy appeared at my don’s doorstep in NY the very next day snd I bought it online in VA. Well done BB

I am an HP Guy. This is just another in a long history of buying quality computers from HP. This makes about 9 in the laptop genre of computers. I rarely have trouble with HP laptops, but when I do they always make it right.

New HP computer is awesome and was a gift for my family! It was well appreciated and they loved all the features! It was easy to use, love the notebook feature. They loved the light up keys and the speed of the computer!

Good laptop computer for the price but the battery life is not so good, I have to recharge the battery every 3 to 4 hrs and suppose to last 8 hrs or longer. Wish the battery life would last longer than 3 to 4 hrs.

Great replacement for my prior similar unit. Light weight and has all the needed features for my personal use. Good battery life. Overall a great unit for the price and for a person who is not going to use it for gaming.

My old laptop was very old and slow I had it since 2012. I had been researching laptops for about 2 months before I decided to make this purchase. My only regret is that I did not make it sooner. This laptop is amazing!

Chris Blanchard and his team at Best Buy are fabulous. I bought two TVs and a new laptop plus had work done on an old laptop. They are efficient, friendly and go out of their way to make it a positive experience.
