Excellent choice! Purchased for my granddaughter that's. Graphic designs/art major. She loves it! All of her programs run with ease and she's even able to do her 3D designs using required software with no issues.

Nice little laptop. Battery life is good, not super lightweight, but not too heavy. Touch pad is large, which is nice, but very close to the edge so I often find myself accidently clicking. Charge port is on the right.

I'm very impressed with this laptop and it does everything that I would need it to, the base processor and system is great technology and upgrading a few other little things down the road will make this even better

When my old laptop dies, I was in a hurry to get a new one. But, so greatful and thankful for the assistance from the guys at Best Buy and have no regrets. This laptop is gamer friendly and such a long life battery.

This computer has many features including finger scan sign on and Alexa that I didn't even realize it had. The i5 processer seems quicker then the i7 on my previous computer. The $699 sale price was a good value.

Love the actual laptop and specs. Some of the most recent windows updates aren’t compatible though and crash the computer forcing you to uninstall the update that caused the issue. Has happened twice in the last week.

I did a week's worth of research on about every laptop made and this laptop is by far worth every penny you pay for it does every task I need with ease and the benchmark test that I ran on it gave excellent scoring

I use this for work as well as personal. The keyboard is very nice with large keys and a nice feel. I have been very pleased. I do not use this for gaming so I cannot attest to that but it is great for what I need.

Bought this computer in a hurry when my laptop died for good. Have only had it a short time but absolutely love it and all the features and ease of use. Have had HP's in the past and have had good luck with them.

Love it. Lightweight which makes it easy to carry. I'm loving the face recognition but the best part is being able to flip it and use it as a tablet if I want to. Plan to purchase the pen that goes with it

Excellent. Couldn't be happier with this purchase. Easily converts from laptop to tablet. SSD is lightning fast. Only fault is it could use another USB port.

I was very pleasantly surprised when my order came in one day early. I will definitely be making more Best Buy purchases. The laptop is very user friendly and has a great beginner tutu tool to set it up.

Overall good performance. Easy to setup and update. Keyboard a little small for my big hands. That's why purchased Bluetooth keyboard. Love the back light and the fact that it out if idle for a while to conserve power. Power on button is in an odd place hard to find.

Very easy to set up and use. Was staying in a hotel and some of my computer parts were spread over different boxes in storage so I needed a quick set up to use for work in the hotel Works great.

I bought this computer and it is amazing. I fortunately found it on sale just in time. It has a finger print sensor to log on to it which I find great. It is def one of the best computers I have ever had.

I bought this for my husband because he had an older version and he absolutely loves this. He takes it everywhere. It’s very sleek and has no issues at all. I definitely recommend this laptop.

I have had a variety of different brands, as well as an HP Pavilion and this surpasses all of them! Love the flexibility of a tablet and a laptop. Very happy with my Christmas gift from "Santa!"

I'm not a techie, I'm somewhat of a computer idiot.I purchased this due to needing a laptop for a new job and so far have had only one problem.I couldn't get the camera to work during a google online meeting even though all the settings said the camera was on,
