Absolutely love my new HP 15M-ED1013D laptop. My Best Buy sales representative was very helpful knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this product and Best Buy to anyone.

This thing is fast and does everything anyone in my family needs it to do. It belongs to my wife, but its more than enough for all of us - and we got it for a steal. We should have gotten 2.

Wish this computer came with a booklet. My knowledge of electronics is still on a learning basis. Within the first 3 weeks I needed Geek Squad assistance. I've used computers for years but this one seems to have more issues. Disappointed in my HP.

Love the new laptop for its quick start. Pickup from the store was easy and with OneNote moving data/docs/pics/passwords/favorites to new laptop was practically automatic

Nice PC but too much bloat ware, too many items attempting to track, collect and sell your personal information. I had to diligently remove a great deal of solicitation and spying software including Microsoft and HP. It took the new PC luster away. However, now that I’ve closed these “holes” the laptop does a fairly good job, lighted keyboard with the silver facing can make seeing the keys a little difficult in certain light. Overall a ‘C’ plus.

Good replacement for my old laptop. Appreciate the upgrades in function over the old laptop. Portability is much easier. Also appreciate the dual function & the extended battery life.

I am very happy with the HP Envy x360. I am still learning all of the features and using those that I need most often. I like the high quality screen and the lighted keyboard.

Works get for my work and home life. Able to quickly get work done and play movies and videos at home like a tablet. Able to download my programs with ease and loads quickly.

Screen is excellent, super fast, sound is decent, lightweight and very durable...love the port options, wifi 6 and etc. Battery life is good too and the keyboard backlight is solid.

I love the laptop and it is easy to use. The only thing about the laptop was it’s too pricey but other than that I like it.

I love it so far, I haven't had any issues. First laptop I have bought in years. I love the fingerprint login application as well. I would say so far it was worth the money.
