    Great product for the price point. So far it works well. Only complaint is the artwork on the keyboard and backlighting. The illumination could have been better.

    Once we started it up and went through all the activation stuff the cursor arrow disappeared. Shut it down for the night and it was back the next day when we turned it back on. Very happy with this laptop.

    I'm not a Windows Fan, but when I do buy Windows, I always go to HP. I generally find that they are the better quality product in this space. It comes with Alexa integration which, personally, I find useless.
