    The computer was n very bad condition from the day I purchased it from the store I was having to go into geek squad every day for a month until they final did a device trade. Worse experience ever, the laptop crashed right in the middle of me testing and if it was for me having an understanding professor I would have completely failed out of nursing school. I kept explaining the error message to them over and over and they still insisted on sending me to geek squad because they “knew what was best” whole time I could’ve have saved myself some time had they listened to me.

    I have had nothing but problems. Perhaps it is something wrong with the hard drive. Been to the Geek Squad twice and still having problems with the computer. Maybe others have not had problema and like I said, it could be the drive or programs (likel gmail/google) that creates the problems.
