Easy to use although touch screen little sensitive.

One month after warranty expired, the left hinge seized up while open. I wasn't aware of this and when I closed the top, I could see light from the screen while looking at sideways. I opened the screen and the hinge pulled through from behind the screen so now I'm typing on a laptop with one hinge. I called HP support and because I'm a month out of warranty they want to charge me $400+ to send it in for repairs. I've owned several laptops over the years and have never broken one. I would avoid ANY HP products.

Was pretty satisfied with the associate that was originally assisted me, but not so with the associate that took over and checked me out. This laptop for some reason is the only device that will not stay connected to the internet,

Feels great and lobe the lights in back at night. Finger unlock is convenient. Not a lot of programs for apple. Easy to use and learning more about it daily. Looking into a pin stylus for it not sure what kind any recommendations welcome.

I bought this product as an Open Item in Satisfactory condition - in the Chesterfield, MO store - I had it for a few days and upon returning home the battery died.....I went to the Rockaway, NJ store and returned it as damaged - subsequently got a Samsung product. So I can only judge it for the few days I had it....and since it was not in great condition for use.....gets a bad rating. However, the staff at the Rockaway store were great at taking it in, and ultimately helping me purchase another product.

Good quality and functionality laptop. Too much bloatware with windows 10 but seems to be the same for any new windows computer. Downside is keyboard is very difficult to see unless directly lighted from above.

Like the other low raters I was disappointed with this purchase. I knew I shouldn't have as most of the Envy's listed on Amazon are junk laptops. None over a 4.2 rating. Just 5 days of use this was lagging at times. Wouldn't read my SD's. Which all ran fine on my older Toshiba. Then came the activation of my all-in-one printer which kept giving me setup errors. Not to mention the irritating popup warranty thing, which kept giving me false warnings about 'upgrading' to prevent crashing. You bet I returned this piece of junk.

The speed was okay. The sound was lovely and the charging was good. But the display screen started glitching after 2 days after opening. On and off my screen would go back; had to return it.

We bought this laptop 2 month ago. Started with a charging issue, and then would not charge at all. Best Buy assessed the situation and send to send into HP. HP was not helpful, would not fix the issue. Continued to offer 20%, 30%, 40%, discount to fix, which quoted was almost as much as the laptop cost. Would not recommend this laptop.

I received this computer as replacement for my previous one because the damages could not be repaired. It is the same computer but a different model. The changes that were made to this model make it more difficult to use in tablet mode. There are no volume buttons or power button on the side so I am unable to use those functions in tablet mode. I also have constant internet connection issues. I didn't have them on my old computer and no one else in my house has an issue.
