I am so disappointed. right after a year of owning, a hinge has broken and the strip off the bottom has come off. I did not get a warranty (so stupid). To fix would be greater than 400-500 dollars...smh. And I did not take out the house much, it was not used every day, so I can't even say I was rough on this laptop. Just very disappointed..... now I need a new laptop..but will def purchase a warranty from now on!!!

do not like the silver keypad/face. Even though the keypad is backlit, it is till very difficult to see. A black keypad would be a much better choice.

Good response time but seemed like the screen had a hazy cloud over it... but I purchased it as excellent condition open box. I returned it.

The computer itself seems nice, but we have had a hard time registering his e-mail address on the computer. Hopefully we can get that worked out.

Monitor nice with good color. But, keyboard is difficult to see when you get lighter color. Haven't had it long enough to really know more.

I love this laptop, but it has some issues. The keyboard stops working for no reason and I had to get tech support to fix my microphone.

Amazing computer but after one year of daily use, the screen just started detaching from the bottom.

It’s been 6 months and all of a sudden the web cam is on the blitz. It works sparingly. I’ve turned off the antivirus and firewall and it still doesn’t work. There was no upgrade done since I purchased so I decided to update Windows to see if it would help and no bueno. I really hope the Geek Squad can help. Oh wait, now it’s working again. <insert eye roll>

Battery dies really fast fully charged and only last a few hours of use

Did not do what I required! I only asked for email but could not get anyone to assist or perform this function!

Processor I thought would work better with my trading system. Have to turn it back in and get the i7.

Was looking for a decent laptop for business use. After hours and hours of research this seemed to be the one for my needs. To top it all off once I arrived at the store the associate seemed to know his stuff and also informed me that he also liked it very much so I was convinced. Well long story short, three days in and the computer would not even turn on. Googled and it seemed to be a common issue. Funny that when I was researching I also searched for common issues and this problem never appeared. Well, I own a desktop HP and it’s great and no issues but on the laptop I was not convinced so I returned it and bought a different laptop.

it should have few more usb slots and cd drive but ok

Started to 'fall apart' after a year - not durable. Can't close it or even move it without loose screws falling out, and it wasn't abused in any way. The screen is now skewed so touch function doesn't work. Very disappointed. Until then it was great.

Great addition to our electronic devices. Portable and practical

Computer is fine. The software, however, doesn’t work as expected and then when I called BB, they refused to help me fix the problem without paying for software support. No one told us about that when we bought the computer and Office 365. So now I have an expensive computer and software but can’t get email setup.

Still getting used to it but from what I have observed it's pretty nice

This is a great computer once you figure out how to navigate it.
