Hinge failed causing the screen to catch the keyboard when opening. The screen then separates form the cover. This ruins an otherwise nice computer. Checked online to find it is a common problem.

The laptop functions perfectly well, the mousepad is a bit rough but its a new feel. I only had an issue with the screen as it falls back easily for even small weight so need to be careful with that. Otherwise it’s worth the price.

The specs of this computer looked great and, since I was on a pinch with school and it was the only one of the model available, I stuck with it. But this is by far the worse computer I've ever owned. It consistently gives me a blue error screen, restarts and randomly does it again. Over and over again. Factory reset did not help, upgrading graphics did not help. Don't waste your money and get something better.

I bought an HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 I just wish the sales representative would have told me that ink for this printer is extremely hard to find

Great value with all required functionality. Especially like the speakers and backlit keyboard.

Ok, nothing special. HP doesn't offer good support. HP can't explain the pc/printer connection issue. The printer won't print from pc, printer is a HP. PC set up took a lot of time. It doesn't recognize my Yahoo mail. Windows 10 is not a good system, lots of bugs. Doesn't work good with HP printer or Yahoo. I'll be returning, looking at Dell, maybe better support.

Overpriced, mediocre quality laptop. Does what it needs to, but this is not a good value

Absolute garbage. I've had the computer for two days, and I can't wait to return it. Biggest complaint: SO LOUD. The runs on high for the simplest of tasks. I can barely hear myself think half the time. Also, it's not that fast. Brand new computer, and it ain't fast. Computers don't get faster over time. I'm glad I kept the receipt.

I am having problems with the computer You keep on glitching and other things

I have only had this computer for 2 months and I am already having to exchange it because of issues with the screen. It turns off on its own, although its not all the way off and the screen then blinks black. It also flashed blue and green screens to me at random times.

It’s a piece of garbage Can imagine me buy a laptop every year. I bought this December of 2020 and was not regularly using it. This year of 2022 I’ve decided to put it in use and it can’t keep up. Always freezes.

Screen kept flickering. Geek squad could not resolve the issue. New purchase with 14 day return which was unacceptable. Called the manufacturer of the laptop and received help. Never again.

Screen has flickered since day one. It is very aggravating to use the laptop when it constantly flickers.

Horrible. Computers power button wouldn't work 30% of the time. It would not turn on. Returned it and the second new one was no better. It will be the last HP computer I ever buy!

this item failed within 2 weeks of purchase. replacement failed in 10 days. replaced with a mac computer. extremely annoyed with HP. the staff at the store were very helpful.

I was reluctant about purchasing a HP computer and now I remember why. Computer is junk. Purchased two weeks ago and taking it to the shop. Overheated and now won’t power up.

Work perfectly fine for a couples of months but now it will turn on when it wants too and the touch screen doesnt wanna work nomore…

The keyboard lighting ruins the entire laptop. White light on a silver keyboard. It makes the keyboard disappear.

Used it twice and then it stopped working didn't connect to wifi . .

fan is loud and it is very slow compture and hp make junk to saleso buy a dell or asus laptop.
