great but battery life could be better
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the only reason I am giving this a 4-star review is because of the battery life. after using the laptop for only 3 hours the battery comes down from 100% to 20%

HP Envy x360 laptop
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this for Christmas. Didn't need a new laptop, so just got around to setting it up. Used less than 2 weeks and it won't turn on. Others apparently have same issue.

Sound stopped working / what a hassle
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Maybe it's actually "okay" -- what's normal? I bought this about 8 or 9 months ago, and the sound stopped working in the middle of my zoom session yesterday. Suddenly, all I could hear was static and bussing like sounds. (Actually, they could hear me so mic was okay.) If I listened very carefully, I could pick up a few words. So I called HP and worked with a tech for about 7 hours, where after sitting there helping tech with remote control, having sound work again for few minutes, reloading, reloading, erasing all, redoing everything...it still did not work so I need to mail it to HP. They will mail me a box to mail it in. At least it is still under warranty, but what a hassle. And who knows how it will finally turn out.

Not a good laptop
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had this laptop for two months and the sound started glitching. Since then, it has gone entirely down hill. Microsoft programs are constantly crashing, battery life is about 40 minutes, and it is constantly restarting. Overall, would not recommend this laptop. I have had it for 2.5 years, which could explain some of the issues, however, it wasn't working right from the start and I started having major issues a year in.

The Envy - So AWFUL I don’t know where to start.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Hewlett Packard Envy is garbage. Aptly named because if you have the misfortune to own one, you envy everyone else’s laptop. The laptop is completely unreliable and you can’t get away from all of the built-in ads that continually pop up. I have had mine for six months and I find myself doing all of my work on my iPhone. Yes, it’s that bad.
