Love, Love the computer. Your sales person was very informative and polite. I bought a laptop for my daughter for virtual school and she is able to do many programs with hesitation. Speed is on point. I received a virus and the geek quad was on it. They fixed it and I didn't have to bring it in. Thank you:)

Love Love Love it!.... although I only use it to pay Bill's, work things, movies and to play solitaire. So nice to flip it around and watch my favorite movies. The touch screen offers a nice touch also. Just recently replaced my old Samsung laptop that I had for about 12 years. Guess it was time. Great buy!

I love it. I thought I would need a separate keyboard (which I purchased) but I didn't. The keyboard on this laptop is very comfortable to use. I brought back the keyboard to the store I purchased it from - with no problems. I would refer Best Buy to other individuals and recommend this laptop also.

I purchased 17 of these laptops for a new program I started. They were amazing. To this day they are still running great! The touchscreens are solid and beautiful picture with amazing brightness. They are a little hard to see outside but that is to be expected with the shiny screen

this may be my last HP purchase. Item was in stock so same day purchase. I bought this in December 2020 but according to HP the warranty started a few weeks before! this was a new purchase. I tried to send HP a copy of my receipt and the web script kept timing out. No luck with HP phone support. It was closed and i sent an email. No reply --3 weeks and counting. Nice features, will be interesting if the hinges stay intact. My last HP laptop hinges broke after 2 years and out of warranty. The battery runs SUPER HOT and sometimes lay it on my bed before I go to sleep. According to HP website, there are no recalls on battery...But it is blazing HOT! There is no NUM LOCK light on keypad -- last laptop (a much more pricier one) did not either....really? very annoying. Setup was easy but very intrusive..made me open a DropBox account, which i don't need, before I could finish my set up...why? Had to go online to shutoff the notifications default..again disruptive... I just hope this unit lasts at least 3 years......

Went to pick up my laptop and asked if quickbooks could be loaded since the sales person told me all I had to do was take the laptop over to the Geek Squad when it came in. When I spoke to a gentleman he said I would have o leave the laptop because I needed an appt. I explained to him that was not what the sales person informed me and that I lived 65 miles away and could not come back to pick it up. The person was very understanding and said he would try to work it in between appts if I could leave it there for a couple of hours. I did and when I came back to pick it up it was ready!!! Yea!!! The squad was exceptional however I did speak to the store manager and recommended he check with his sales staff so the sales dept and the Geek Squad would be on the same page. It is important to get the correct details from the sales person, since our area is so spread out and we only have one Best Buy in the whole Corpus Christi area. Thank you geeks!!!

I didnt' think I'd love the touch screen as much as I do; it's great! I do a lot of document editing and the touch screen feels much more intuitive for me than the track pad or a mouse. The backlit keyboard was also an unexpected life changer. Highly recommend this laptop.

Great laptop! Easy to use and the picture quality is beautiful. Touchscreen responds great and battery life is good. One thing that bothered me at first is the sound it makes from the fan when its heating up or charging. The sound of the fan comes and goes but it doesn't last more than a minute or two.

Got this laptop for my son, who is in high school, and it's been great! Great quality, fast, and fairly lightweight so easy to tote around in his backpack. He had a gaming computer before and this doesn't have the memory and speed for that type of use, but for school and general use it's great!

Very sleek and easily manageable from a person who is relearning to use computers. I haven't used a computer continuously for a 10 years or so. It gets the job done and has great specks as well! Beautifully made all around.

Thin, light weight and easy to use. Clear screen. I personally am not a fan of a pad mouse but this one works well and the touch screen minimizes the need for the pad. I had no trouble doing the setup and finding and adding the programs I wanted. Connected easily to my home network.

I purchased 4 computers the week I bought this one. The other 3 had defects and issues. This computer is amazing and is extremely quick. I am a medical and police sales rep and I am on my computer a lot and this can handle everything that I throw at it including video games.

I needed a new computer badly and mainly use it for Microsoft Office and videoconferencing. My old Dell laptop was 10 yrs old and couldn't handle anything new. That being said, this is the first HP for me. I LOVE IT!!! Pros: * The large screen is pleasant to the eyes, everything looks spacious and I can enjoy multiple screens for tasks. * It responds quickly to all commands. * Windows 10 is easy to navigate. * I often and easily use it in "tablet" form and it has almost completely replaced my ipad 10.5 inch. *Amazing product for an extremely affordable price. Cons: * My spouse has an HP Spectre (2020) and the keys on this HP Envy keyboard are a little bit flimsier (however I was aware of that when I purchased it, and it doesn't bother me one bit, it's more of a personal preference I think). *MY ONLY MAJOR PROBLEM - the outside of this computer scratches very easily. I'm an extremely careful user, I have no children that use this, just me. I pride myself in taking care of all my devices, I've never needed a phone or tablet repaired. Yet this laptop has several small marks on it in less then 2 mos and finding a hard cover case has proven difficult. I still love this computer and understand that something had to be sacrificed to make it so affordable.

Love it! Meets all my needs. Love HP!!! Working from home a lot these days, really helps. Touch screen is really nice! Being convertible takes up less space in my small work area.

I bought this about a year ago and like it alot. It's been very easy to use and I am not a technical person by any measure of the imagination. The price was right. I have had absolutely no problems with it but it has only been a year so I can give 4 stars at this point.

Love the fact that the laptop is touchscreen and flips 2-in-1. It also has fingerprint log in technology and a sleek finish. My only issue with it is that it’s a bit heavier than anticipated and has an extremely loud fan that I’ve had to adjust my laptop settings for so as to avoid the fan from turning on. Other than that it’s great!

This Laptop has shown to be the best laptop I've ever owned. It has everything I need. It's initial setup was flawless, simple and easy to complete. A wonderful piece of equipment. I'm recommending the purchase of an exact model of this one to my son Chris in the future. HP

Very solid. It's one of the best bang for your buck laptops out there in comparison to MacBook or Surface. Outstanding speakers, backlit keyboard, decent memory, good processor. I've owned this for a few months now. Very impressed coming from an older Pavilion model.

They computer I thought I wanted was out of stock so the sales person showed me this one. I love the thinness of this computer. Fast, reliable and easy to see. I wasn't sure about the silver keyboard but it is very easy to see. I am very happy with my purchase
