Love this laptop. I was nervous at first since I wanted to be able to use it for work and have the ability to play my Sims games. It does fantastic, super clear. SO FAST and absolutely worth it all. AND love the 2in1 combo. Great for someone who wants to multi task!

This laptop is one of the best of its kind. It's very convenient to have at all times. It's useful for every genre, for school, work etc. It also has a lot of very great features such as the touch screen and many others. Overall it's one of the best I've ever had.

So far so good. Works flawlessly as I would expect for an hp. Have always worked amazing. Last one I had for 11 years and other than having to replace a battery it's still going good. I just wanted an upgrade. Touch screen is definitely a nice plus

Does everything I expected it to do. Great build quality just that the bottom rubber strips will fall off after some time. Over all very fast laptop and will handle all office tasks.

The salesperson was extremely helpful for making a decision on which laptop to buy, together with software and security programs to suit our needs. The keyboard has a much lighter touch than our old one, but we’re extremely satisfied with our purchase!

This Envy laptop is sleek, light, and has displayed good speed on our home network. Only disappointment so far was that some of the drivers for the microphone and speakers were not up-to-date...extra time to research and track them down to download.

Love this laptop. The screen is so big & the picture is crisp. It’s for my 70 yr old father. I love that the keys light up brightly & that the screen is also touchscreen. He especially lives the touchscreen & says it’s easier to figure out

So far so good this line of HP i never have problem. It's quite good office and home laptop. However if you do picture editing or designs screen quality of Apple is better on the retina ones. That comes with price.. overall good computer.

Computer is much faster than my ASUS and is easy to use. I love the large display and the keyboard is easy to read. Overall this computer is very impressive Chose this because my daughter has the next higher model and likes it very much.

Purchased it for my daughter to go back to school. She loves it! Meets & exceeds all of her needs. She loves that you can covert it to a tablet and also use it as a touch screen. Price was reasonable to similar stores and similar products.

This laptop is everything I hoped it would be and more. It's sleek design, 360° flip with tablet mode and i5 processor make it a perfect laptop for every day use on the go. My ONLY complaint (which is not a big deal) is that it's a little heavy. Carrying it in a tote can feel a little taxing, but it is a rather large laptop. Ditch the tote for a backpack and viola, it's totally worth the weight. I can't believe that I got a laptop like this with Office360, Windows 11 and 2 years of GeekSquad protection for just over $1100 AND I was able to finance it on a Best Buy card with no interest! I used to get my tech from Microcenter, but nah.... I'll be sticking with Best Buy from now on.

HP has so many products. Hard to select which one was right for my needs. Best Buy rep steered me in the right direction so I wouldn’t over purchase. My HP Envy is perfect size and weight and size. Enough storage and easy to use. Love it.

I love this computer. It is fast, and touch screen is so much more convenient than the mouse pad. The only thing I dont like is that the screen is too glossy and gives a reflection in the daytime.

I love it it's easy to operate it I'm not tech savvy but I can handle this one just fine I would recommend it to everybody and anybody thanks. oh yeah and with the help of the representative who help me find it I got a really good deal.

Finally decided to upgrade from old Toshiba and love the Envy so far. The touchscreen has taken some getting used to, but all the features are great and the processor is quick.

We have purchased our last 3 laptops at the Cary store. The staff there is great. I would recommend going in person and getting advice from them before many any computer purchase. And, their prices are as competitive and anyone.

So far, this laptop has worked well for both personal and business use. It boasts a fast processor, memory space, and intuitive touch screen capabilities.

Light weight and quick boot up, all we needed. My wife carries in a large purse / bag slides in and out easily without having to adjust other items on the fly. Big enough sceeen to pull up multiple pages at a time.

I got this computer for my college classes and I have absolutely loved it. I love the ability to turn off my camera and choose when my keyboard lights up. I love the Alexa feature and I use it all the time. My only complaint is I feel like it loses the battery fast.

I am not very technologically savvy and my PC has been what I have worked with for a lot of years. I needed something portable for a new project. I was able to interact with the PC through the laptop which was needed. After getting over being a little intimidated with the new features of the laptop I found it to be convenient I looked at HPs only because I have a HP PC. Once I became familiar with the HP lap top I am very impressed.
