So far is good

Pretty good laptop

It's a sleek laptop that does what he needs (browsing, emails, bills, accounts, other light-computing work, etc.). However, the text on the keyboard is difficult to see during the day or in a well-lit room. (We considered getting labels to stick over the keys, but that would cover up the backlighting on the keyboard at night.) But, that's our only complaint so far: that the lettering on the keys could be improved for better visibility in the daytime.

Good computer, but upgrading to 11 was horrible!!

No probs at all in the 7 months I've had it. But when I tried to upgrade to Windows 11, 3 months ago, everything on it slowed down terribly. Luckily, I was able to go back to 10. But I'm very hesitant to try upgrading to 11 again, even tho I see it's now being sold with 11 . . .

He walked me through what I need to know on this computer and also helped this 63 year old with disabilities fix my tv. I rely on this tv for my sanity and he was so kind to fix it for me but now spectrum has screwed something up I can't get out of parental control. This laptop has a beautiful screen and easy use.

Plenty for me....

I am not computer savoy, but luckily I have a friend Plenty of speed. Still getting use to no mouse, but I'm forcing myself to try to wok with out it If your worried, Don't be. But Its seems the battery use doesn't last overly long. Watch it.

It was the same ENVY 360, but the previous model. I have had many problems with it. I live in Mexico, so I took it to a Best Buy in McAllen, Texas and the Geek Squad worked on it. I went to pick it up and it worked for 1 week and now and then I have some of the same issues.
