I've had a problem with the laptop going dark suddenly. Nothing helps except letting it sit awhile. Don't know what's wrong.

Great laptop I do like the bigger screen I felt like the hinges were a little bit more sturdier and the responsiveness is pretty nice however I noticed that some of the back lights on the keyboard were not working and the backlight only works halfway on the trackpad another thing was I do notice light bleeding on the the screen which should not be that way as this is probably backlit but it does look pretty nice when videos are playing another thing I did notice was after installing Chrome I had an issue that hasn't occurred again of the computer keyboard not working properly And I felt the laptop had a mind of its own typing random things opposite of what I was typing and not working properly as if it had it broke I had restarted it and the issue has reside I like the privacy shutter on the camera the fingerprint scanner is very responsive I do not know how this handles on games but there is some lag as I could tell already I am not sure if I am going to keep this since I got a Black Friday deal and don't wanna lose out on saving money im really hoping the issues resolve and it was a fluke thing because this is exactly what I was looking for but it definitely was not a good start
