    The lap top that we were looking for was out of stock at the store and online. The sales person stated that with shortage of parts that no one really Knew when they maybe coming back in. However we were able to get a similar model that should be fine for my son starting college.

    Purchased this item then exchanged it for the HP Envy with the key pad. This one does not have one and needed that for my online classes. Speakers are huge at the top and was just not my style!

    think I will like it but having problems with using it; ie. locating files and opening some that seem to have disappeared, keys are hard to read and locate unless light is just so. hopefully I will get used to locations of those changed
