It was very hard to get a shelf out and move it up to another level.I had to really punch it. And yesterday the ice maker got clogged up with ice, we had to pull it out and then empty the whole ice maker to start over.

This was purchased as a returned out-of-the-box item. Supposedly it had been entirely checked out. Most of the computer works fine but the microphone does not work at all.

It is a pain in the butt, Things do not download. Software doesn't work. Second email will not accept my password. I do not like the open screen.

I am enjoying my new laptop computer. So far it is easy to use. In fact it is great to use for school as well and my niece also bought one.

just bought this laptop and will have the squad set it up for me after xmass and i am sure they will do a great job as always -

The backlighting one feature I like about my other HP laptops. When I got this one I expected the same great feature, but silver on silver made the backlighting difficult when using the computer at night to see the keyboard.

This item was returned for a different PC. Service was exceptional for return

Mouse seems to automatically select things..very sensitive. It’s fast in processing

1st purchase used it 3 times in 2 days and then it wouldn't turn on anymore. I took it to best buy geek squad they switched it out for a new one and in 1 day did the samething. They couldn't even turn it on, had to use some device they had to turn it on. Will be returning it again. It maybe a bad batch of shipment. 2 in a row ☹

ok computer.. Hate that we have to buy a cd disc player, Cannot find a computer with a cd player. Just a bs ploy of manufactures to sell more products.

Computer already has an issue with hard drive. Bet Buy making me deal with manufacturer and not interested helping me I’ve owned the computer for a total of one month

The laptop overall is well, the speakers are not loud enough though. My iPad speakers are louder than this laptop.

Don’t know why I bought this just don’t care for HP can’t figure it out, will get a Apple next time

We paid more than we wanted, just to get a lighted keyboard. It's HARDER TO SEE LETTERS WITH THE LIGHT ON! We've had other lighted keyboards that were great. This one in silver is useless. Very disappointed. We would never recommend to others.

Bought this as a second laptop for my kids. I returned it the same day I purchased it. We loved our old HP Envy so I thought this would be great. For some reason the screen kept on blacking out and looking broken.

I hate it. Bought it just before vacation and now I have missed the return date. The sales person said that my iPhone would hook up to it with no problems. Well guess, it doesn’t!!!
