Returned because HP warranty was supposed to be 1 year, HP website only showed 6 months and it was activated in August 2021 when I bought it in March 2022

Doesn’t come with windows 365, have to purchase it annually. Already payed a pretty penny for it. Shouldn’t have pay for it’s software yearly.

Don’t buy this computer. The power doesn’t function correctly. You will have to have the motherboard replaced and Best Buy has the worst customer service.

Not even 20 days and had to take it back due to hardware issues causing a back picture. Either a graphics card or the hard drive had to be replaced.

Buggy and a bit slow, performed poorly on basic tasks. Performance is unacceptable for such an expensive laptop.

Crashed first day. Returned windows 10 error caused computer to be unresponsive.

The hinges to flip from laptop to tablet feel's cheap. I am still using my previous. I am not enthused.

Opened then complete disappointment. Plugged it in and attempted toturm it on. Didnt work.

I purchased this laptop for school three years ago. It did what I needed and has lasted/ is still lasting despite a fall from my car 2 the ground. I have used both Mac and Windows and this was my return to Windows for a season. Overall I have been satisfied with this computer.

Great laptop for students, really easy to use. Fast loading time, efficient little buttons and everything.

I bought this sometime around black Friday... It seems to do the trick and be fast enough. I love touch screen laptops, the flip screen, and the sound is good. Generally, a very good laptop. My only complaint (so far) is that the fan runs a LOT. It seems as though any time the computer actually has to do something besides just sitting there, the fan runs. So, that's why this doesn't get 5 stars. The fact that merely turning this thing on causes the fan to run is a minus in my book. Fortunately, all the the other aspects are pretty good.

I'm a designer and I use programs that require a lot of speed, and this laptop is great for that. My only issue is- I've owned this laptop a little over a year (of course JUST out of warranty this happens) and my trackpad is losing all sensitivity. It's not just a matter of changing it in settings; it's getting worn down in the center where I use it most, and it's getting very frustrating. I'm to the point where I can only use it with a mouse now because it is not recognizing my movements. I'm going to have to take it in to get replaced, and I'm hoping I just had a faulty trackpad and don't have to do this yearly! My last laptop that I had for 11 years never had an issue...

This laptop was a great choice i did. Because it was great about for doing works and some time playing games and stuff like that. Overall i will give it a 11/10

great products and service for computer and phone

A couple of my keys were just hanging there. Like someone tried to pill them up. And you cannot just buy replacement keys. You have to buy the whole keyboard and it is impossible to find someone to fix it without them telling me im vetter off buying a new computer. $900 and have to carry around a bluetooth keyboard.

I will never buy another HP product. I purchased a 3-year extended warranty. My first laptop failed and HP replaced with the same model. The replacement failed, lost all my data and HP tech said it couldn’t be repaired. Although warranty provided for refund, HP refused and said I must allow them to try to repair. Customer care is not trained to understand warranty and is dogmatic about positions that aren’t supported by warranty. A horrific experience. No more HP, no way, no how.
