I Love my new computer! Such great graphics and speed! The touch screen in sensitive, but not too sensitive. The setup was easy and guided by the computer itself.

I bought this laptop to replace an older laptop. The speed for what I’m using it for is great (not gaming). I love the screen size and the fact that it’s lightweight.

Went into the store just to look at the Dell laptops. I walked out with this beautiful HP. I spent way more than I wanted but I’m 100% satisfied.

HP Laptop is great. Very fast and easy to use if you are familiar with Windows 10. I was not happy with the keyboard. It is verey hard to see the letters in reular light. At night the light up key is not very bright at all

This unit is really good, it's fast and crystal clear (1080P). Touch screen and can be used as a tablet if so desired. Much better than my old one.

Had mine for about two years, and looking back retrospectively, it wasn’t the greatest. I didn’t have the SSD version and so it was extremely slow and laggy at times. But what makes me say DO NOT BUY!!! is the fact that this computer is infamous for the screen breaking at the hinges. Most people experience the issue within 6 months and HP will not replace it. It is a major design flaw where the LCD screen is too heavy for the screen cover hardware, and so it pops right out. Computer repair place said it was a very expensive fix and the other side will break eventually. I ended up buying a different laptop. Don’t waste your money on this, folks! Always call a repair place and ask their recommendations, I wish I had.

This is a great laptop. Screen is crystal clear and is the perfect size: not small or too large. And so lightweight it is easy to travel with.

Way better than I expected works quickly and I’m able to switch it up as a tablet if I’m on the go overall best purchase I’ve ever made
